I have an in ground pool and if you're reading this you probably know that the pool needs a lot of TLC. I have a spa too so that just adds to it. But it's not just the chemicals. I always have questions about something. Sometimes it's the filter system. Sometimes it's the bottom cleaner/vacuum system. Sometimes it's a chemical issue. Joe and his crew have always been extremely helpful. Always a smile from anyone who works there. Always good information. Try them once and you'll use them forever. BTW, they have a really good selection of Spas. I wish I'd bought mine from them.

Prestige reattached the liner after telling me to empty the pool so they could fill back up. As it filled I called and that there were more wrinkles in the liner than before. I was told that they will straighten out after it fill with the pressure of the water. DID NOT HAPPEN. Again I called they said empty the pool again and they would straighten it out. I have more wrinkles in the liner than ever before. After filling the pool at my cost 3 times and then Prestige tried to charge for all the visit. I ended paying for most of it. They also tried to charge for added to the pool which they did not and I had video proof. I lost most of last summer swim time because of "Prestige" lousy workmanship. I never had a problem with the original liner which was installed by another company that has since closed. I would not be able to recommend this company for any kind of vinyl liner pool replacement. No one with any authority came to visualize my complaints.

They sell Thursday Pools- which is one of the top fiberglass pool manufactures. I told them all of the features I was looking for and they found the perfect pool for our family. The staff are all great to work with-Tara completely understands schedules and is very flexible. We had horrible weather during our install, but they managed to work through the challenges (both weather and our difficult job site). We still use them to open and close our pool. If we ever have a maintenance issue, they are out within a day or two, and often are able to walk us through the steps to fix it without a service call.
