Since early February the washer machine has been not working and I have been calling ever since to get someone to fix the machine but everytime I call customer service they say a manager will be notified and a rush assistance but here we are in the 3 month and still the washer machine is broken everytime I call they tell me they don't know ETA so it pretty much we will fix it when we fix it read more

My wife and I have been trying to speak to somebody about transferring out dryer and possible renting a fridge through them and we haven't gotten a single call, email, or type of response from them ands it's been two weeks. A month we called them to work on our dryer and got connected no issues, now we want to add to our account and we've been ghosted it seems like. Really really really dissatisfied and disappointed with this overall experience!! read more

The customer service at this place is non-existent. The card readers do not work in my daughters college dorm - going on 4 weeks now. multiple complaints by the management company and other parents with no resolve. If i could give zero stars, i would. read more

Insanely awful and inept company. Will not respond to service requests. Website and phone number are both total wastes of time, touting their ability to solve problems, but both leading to complete dead ends. Maintenance people are untrained--their visits rarely result in an actual repair taking place. They slap a "serviced" sticker on the machine and leave it as broken as it was before they showed up. This company is a scam and the word should be spread to all apartment complexes and motels not to let them get their hooks into you. read more

So after I posted my negative, but true, review, customer satisfaction reached out to me. They offered no resolution and said they're okay with my dissatisfaction . Again, don't waste your time or money!!! read more

Can I please get even just call back or email regarding our pending washer issue? The stagnant water inside washer now has a very strong fowl odor because it's been pending for a replacement since April. Our tenants had been inconvenienced for a long time. read more

they hang up every time you call to speak to aomeone in customer service after waiting 40 PLUS MINUTES!

This company is a total scam. Stay away from them They don't fix the commercial washers properly. They reduce a water flow to the washers that breaks washers very easily. Can you imagine a washing process without water?? People add laundry soap again and again, water doesn't rinse it. The soap foam blocks the drain..and.... surprise!!! The washer is broken. So, the manager has to request a repair service for extra money. read more

They are terrible. They are terrible. They are terrible. Machines always broken. Card readers frequently broken. The website never lets me put money on my card, but instead requires me to deal with their customer service people. I have begged my building management not to renew their contract. My god, they suck. read more

Machine was down. Reported it. they said it was fixed. That was last week. Tonight I go to use it. It takes my money, starts washing, then stops at 1/3 full (I find out when I come to put the clothes in the dryer) with the error message on the screen and my clothes partially wet, mostly dry. I have to spend another 2.25 to move load to the only other machine. It also does not start properly but just starts counting down minutes about every 5 seconds (32, 31, 30... I'm watching it go). I start to panic and hit different setting buttons. Then it works. At least for a few minutes... I hope it is still going, I'm not watching it. These machines are unreliable and it's bad business to take cash from poor people then to mail them a check in the mail for a refund? Who knows how long that will take and I have to cash that and get quarters. Just bad business. read more

CSC ServiceWorks provided the washers and dryers for my apartment complex several years ago. As machines do, they have required service periodically. Several months ago, a number of the machines started breaking regularly. I have been calling CSC ServiceWorks at least once a week, every week, for the last three months. Machines they "repair" break a day or two later. My complex manager has been in contact with them to no avail. They are refusing to replace machines that break regularly. A couple of weeks ago, three out of four washing machines in one laundry room were broken. Customer service is no help either. They record the broken machine , and issue refunds, but could care less when I complain. read more

I won and operate a residential building that required commercial dryer units. Once the units were installed they didn't work and it took weeks for their service department to respond to our requests. It took so long that we had to buy our own units. Now they're just sitting in my garage and it's taken months for them to pick them up. They have not responded to any of my requests for pickup. This is not a well run organization. Renters beware. Zero stars read more

THEY SUUUUCK these machines are horrible and their service is even worst. Absolute Shit. They just dump they're crappy machines and never bother to show up when service is needed and believe me service is always needed. read more

I've never written a yelp review before, but this company SHOULD NOT be in business. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My washing machine and dryer haven't worked for over 6 days now, and I have to jump through 1,000,000 hoops just to get someone on the phone, and then when I tell them my problem, THEY HANG UP ON ME!! I call again and request a supervisor. They tell me there isn't one available. They said they would take down my information so a supervisor can call me back, so I gave it to them. IT'S BEEN 5 DAYS, AND STILL NO CALL BACK. I'm FUMING. Can't even get an update on when my washer and dryer will be fixed. Literally the most pathetic excuse of a company I've ever encountered. Please don't give them your money or support an apartment building that uses their services. You will regret it. read more

in my apt building CSC is contract for there business we have been waiting for new machine since last year they keep sending a tech to fix the ones we have but still there don't work at all recently they change some of them it looks the company found them in the trash there are worst than the one we had CSC should change all those tired damaged machines and replace it with NEW from the box machines they charge to much for these non working machines this company has become a joke extremely incompetent and unprofessional read more

You're better off going to your local laundromat, these people are awful to deal with. First they never fix or replace the aged and broken machines they pretty much "duck tape and bubble gum" it, and when you think the machines are fixed and use them your stuck with wet cloth that smell like burned plastic and have to call them again so they can send some guy a few weeks later to do the same thing. I called many times for this issue and this time is the last, I talked to some girl named Taheisha/Tinesha or something of that sort and she just hangs up on me, very professional, shows the same amount of quality as your machines. read more

None of the dryers work and their customer service isn't online during weekends. What a complete joke.

This is terrible service. Our washer and dryer machines Have been broken for about a month. With no response from this company

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm so sick of this company. They never fix anything!! They should be ashamed of leaving good hardworking people with no washer and stealing their money!! Three of our complex's 4 washing machines have been broken for a long time! One for over a year! We make requests to have them fixed and they send emails claiming to have fixed them! Nope! They unplugged it! read more

Bad machines, bad systems, and TERRIBLE service

Our complex uses CSC and everytime I need to use a washer there is an error and takes my money.. third time this year I needed to call and complain to get service.. Actually was able to talk to a real person. The front loader took my money and is locked .. can't get my blankets out. They said asap someone would be here.. I've been waiting five hours now.. bs.. called back and they keep hanging up on me.. oh a device order was placed.. im to wait for device man to call to be by laundry machine.. um.. I've a life too.. can't get my laundry out to go elsewhere as it's locked.. This company is bs. Thanks.. won't use it again third time's a charm. Complained to management.. need new company. Literally this company is such a sham. Their cash to card machine error when I put money in and not transferring it to my card..this happened twice. I'm pretty sure to repair person don't do their job. They probably looks at the machine and says it works fine instead of fixing the issue. It legit takes almost an hour...in order to get in contact customer service by phone. Sometimes the customer service people don't know what they're talking about or understand the situation. That does moment I'm like tired of this company and I just used their machines.. read more

Simply the worst. Please don't use this company - you will regret every minute of it. And if you live on Long Island and your sales rep is John Denaro, well you better start praying because he ain't gonna help you one bit!! Our co-op building had Coinmach with some lengthy contract and John's basic attitude was "I don't have to do ANYTHING because you're under contract- ha ha ha!" Our board's phone calls and emails to him usually went unanswered. When he did deign to respond, he never directly answered our questions.... so why even (eventually) bother?! It got so bad that we did research and put a call into his Area manager with a complaint... and even THAT went unanswered. So you see, it's the culture of Coinmach to Not Care and just collect your money from your never-ending contract. We just switched after years, thank goodness. But please save yourselves the injustice of paying big $$ to be ignored and treated terribly. Don't use Coinmach, and especially John Denaro!! read more

My apartment complex uses their service for our laundry room. The machine to load money on our cards is busted and has been busted for quite some time. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from them for the money the machine charged and did not put on my card. I think I will start hand washing my clothing from now on. I would much rather do that than have to deal with their broken equipment that steals money from me. read more

First call today went fine, had a simple question, and got a quick answer from a rep. Second, third, and fourth calls all resulted in getting hung up on after being on hold. I added $50 to my grandmother's laundry card so she can do her laundry and it doesn't work. Decided to add $20 to a new card and that one doesn't work either. Trying to transfer the money or get a refund but I can't get through over the phone. Sent an email that will hopefully be responded to, but these other reviews aren't making me an optimist. I understand that the call center people aren't at fault here and just wish that I could get through to someone who could help. read more

I'm a new property manager for a duplex in California. The duplex has a washer and dryer through CSC ServiceWorks. The coin slot jammed. My tenant called and was promised a service call...OVER TWO WEEKS AGO. Two days ago, I escalated my issue to a "supervisor." She promised me a call back yesterday. No call. I called today and was told that the supervisor with whom I spoke will unquestionably call me back today. No call. Avoid these people. Avoid them like the plague. DO NOT give them more money. Businesses like this deserve to fail, not succeed. read more

I wouldn't even give this company a single star but you have to give something to begin a review process. We use their service at our RV Campground for our guests and our housekeeping staff. We have a total of 12 machines on our property, out of the 12 machines 5 do not work and have not for months. In a years time they say they have had 23 service calls from our business to repair their broken machines. They claim that their response and repair time is .9 days, this is untrue. I have been asking them for weeks to come and repair a front loading machine that an unhappy customer tore the front door off of, still nothing. They did have a tech to our property today, before our business was open and before I could talk to him Pretty shady!!!! Steer clear of CSC Serviceworks read more

I am genuinely curious if this company enjoys only receiving one star reviews. I have been living in my building for two years and for a whole entire year of that time one of the washing machines has been marked to be replaced. I have attempted to call, but now I guess I have to resort to public shaming because at the end of the day this company does not even remotely care about customer service. It's even interesting that the word "service" is in the company name because that's just a straight up lie. For a building where hundreds of residents live we are now resorting to using only 3 out of the 5 machines available. Time is money and this company could take a lesson in this. One machine being down was manageable and now another is. Truly truly I hate this company and it's "sErViCE" more than anything. When you call them and they say "we know your time is valuable" HAH yeah freaking right. read more

The owners of our building (Lawlerwood) seem to be in love with this company. The only good thing I can say about them is....so far, I've been getting every dime of my refunds back in the mail. This last time, they owe me $20 because pretty much every single one of our machines throughout our building is broken and ready for the dumpster. There has been many times where the washing machines would wash my clothes and wouldn't wring out all of the water, and so I'm taking them out after the cycle was complete and wringing them out by hand and tossing them into the drier that ended up failing to put out any heat whatsoever. So here I am in my dinky dot apartment trying to find places to hang all of my clothes while they sour and smell like someone's dirty private parts. Absolutely disgusting!!! This company really and truly needs to get their sh't together read more

This company should be out of business. They're machines continuously rip and leave marks on clothing. They are completely responsible for ruining expensive clothing, load after load and will come up with any excuse in the books not to reimburse you. Even after showing pictures and evidence of the items, and confirming with the building that CSC came to service and repair the machine after the request was made, they still somehow won't reimburse a single claim. Their excuse is you would've needed to save the original receipt and who on earth saves receipts after taking the tags off items and wearing! I will REFUSE to live in another building that works with CSC ServiceWorks!!! First claim was refused with damages over $1,000 worth! My 2ND claim $610 worth of damages #C15483706 was denied and now I am expected to wait 30 more days for someone in "upper management" to just deny it again!!! read more

The machines are worthless and I assume the company is too. In Bayvue apartments the machines never work or they will wash and not spin. I called the leasing office and was instructed to call CSC. So I called and they said I would receive a refund of $3.50 in 12 days. There's only 3 machines and they're all broke. So now, I have to drive to a laundry mat. What an inconveniences! This is not the first time. Bayvue should dump CSC and get a new laundry service with a better company that exact cares and have better appliances. read more

Hello, I'm writing this letter as a complaint for the multiple issues that I have been dealing with since conducting by business with CSC ServiceWorks. I'm very disappointed by the way everything has been handled since leasing a washer and dryer from CSC. To start with I had placed an order and upon delivery of the washer and dryer, the appliances did not fit. After waiting another week to have replacements delivered, not even two days later I got a call saying that water was pouring into the apartment below mine. I finally was able to make it to my apartment from work and shut the water off. Come to find out, the washer was draining water out of the washer unit into my neighbor's house below mine. Long story short, my apartment that I just recently moved into is going to have to have the carpet torn up and replaced as work done in apartment below mine. I made a call to CSC and after waiting on hold, they let me know it would be over a week until they could send workers out to me. Not only that, the only thing that CSC offered me was $20.00 for the time I will be without my washer and dryer that they installed. I'm very disappointed in how careless and unprofessional business has been conducted ever since I started working with CSC. I've tried my best to be patient up until this point, I definitely expect some sort of compensation for all of these issues and will proceed to contact CSC until I receive it. read more

This company is terrible. My condo association uses them for washers and driers. They just appeared one day without telling anybody and install a camera and a system when we have to pay through their app. They left the option of a coin which doesn't work. They took my money and now I can't get a refund. I tried to call 3 times waiting 30 minutes and when finally got connected, I hear 2 women talking about their personal business and avoiding me. I will never use machines in my building again. From now on I have to go to a laundromat. This is a bad company and I would not advise anybody to use them. read more

Half the dryers in my building have been out of order for months and this company has not resolved it. Worst service ever. Half the dryers are out of order and they don't care. Just don't understand it. I guess they don't care about making money since many residents are doing laundry outside of the building because of this. read more

USERS BEWARE!!!! This company is very shady. They take your money, and then their mobile app does not work with their machines. You can call, submit via the app for a service request and NOTHING every happens. I have contacted my property manager and they have they same issues. CSC Service works will not send a technical out to trouble shoot why their equipment will not work. When you call to request a full refund of your moneys on your account the representatives are not helpful. They pass you form person to person and when you ask for a supervisor or a manager they tell you that one is not available and become rude. They will not provide you with any confirmation numbers for your refund or a email stating it is in progress. So you ultimately have no clue if the refund is actually happening. If you decide to use, BEWARE of the crappy customer service. read more

I wish I could give it no stars. They have the worst equipment, they never fix it. I would rather go to a ghetto laundry mat in the hood. They don't wash or dry properly and they smell so bad. Nothing ever works, all I do is waste my money and my TIME. Already reported to better business bureau read more

Dirty machines, often broken, terrible system for adding money to the cards to even use the machines. You have to get a code and put it into another machine. Seems like a waste of an online portal. It didn't even work that way. Dealing with customer service on the phone, they will speak poorly to you and try to ma'am you to death. Won't listen when you've explained the problem multi times already. It took four times explaining for it to even be clear the rep was asking the wrong information when I had offered what was needed early on. They only give a first name, but his name was Alex. They also push for you to use their app when you call in, but never mention the name of it once. Little silly. read more
