Wow!! This shop blew me away! I kept seeing this suggested on TikTok so I took the subway here and I am so happy I did!! Amazing crystals, and an amazing and healing feeling when stepping foot inside. The prices are really reasonable. They have every crystal you could ever need and many oils and bracelets too! I just want to live here inside the store forever. You have to come here if you love crystals. I'll be back!! Epic store!

I love this store, you could spend an hour just wandering around and looking at all the plants, crystals, and other beautiful little trinkets. I bought two Palo Santo sticks and a bottle of essential lavender oil, which are all so beautiful and smell incredible. The people who work here are so friendly and very kind. I can't wait to come back!

Perhaps it was the smell of Palo Santo or Frankincense that drew me inside the actual store rather than simply lingering around the plants outside. When I walked in, a full-on aura cleansing was being given by Alfonso Alexander, resident Mayan Curandero/Healer. When asked why the ceiling is covered in aluminum foil, he said to help protect the plants from exterior radiation in the city. Interesting. He was also burning some very special crystallized sap incense that can only be found in his country, and he let me sample many different types by sampling some in his heated charcoal bowl. He was kind, friendly, and in no way pushing products on me that I wasn't interested in, while also being very generous about letting me smell difference incense to see what I would like most. If you're into energy work, crystal healing, or shamanic work- this is your hot spot in the East Village.

So cute. The people there give off such welcoming vibes and you enter a state of peace upon entry of this adorable hole in the wall location.

Hanging bromeliad planted in a shell! Only $10!

This store is packed to the brim and has such great energy! They'll have any and all crystals but keep in mind their prices are pretty high.

Overpriced for the quality of stones and how they display them. Cute store but overpriced without reason.

It was right as the nor'easter was starting, and one of the employees mentioned that they had been slammed the day before with people stocking up on spells and supplies ahead of the storm. Between that and the shop's recent social media popularity, it was PACKED. And I mean packed. One person in our group actually had to step outside because it became overwhelming, which stood out because we visited several other very busy places that weekend without having that issue. The employee who was stocking shelves was probably the warmest person we interacted with. She gave us some context about how busy they had been and was genuinely pleasant. Overall, the shop also felt very legitimate--not like someplace that threw together a few witchy products because they became trendy on TikTok. There's clearly a real practice and knowledge behind what they sell. Where I think they're struggling is managing the customer experience that comes with their newfound popularity. At one point, my friend was trying to look at merchandise that had candles in front of it and was quickly told that the candles were being used for spells and shouldn't be disturbed. Totally understandable--but if customers are expected to know not to touch something, it probably shouldn't be placed directly in the way of merchandise they're encouraged to browse. Then, while I was checking out, another customer tried asking the person helping me a question. I understood that he was trying to keep the checkout line moving in a very crowded store, but his response came across as unnecessarily curt. None of this made me think, "Don't support this business." Actually, quite the opposite. My impression was that this is an established, knowledgeable shop experiencing a big surge in attention and perhaps still figuring out how to handle the increased traffic. A little more attention to customer service and crowd management would make a huge difference. I'd be interested in coming back when things are calmer and seeing what the experience is like without the TikTok-and-nor'easter rush. And because this is a witch shop, I would like the record to reflect that I offer all of the above as loving, constructive feedback.

When I stepped inside, I personally felt that the atmosphere didn't align with the intention I came in with. The store has a darker, more Scorpio‑like aesthetic -- lots of black, a heavier vibe, and a layout that feels more closed off. You're not allowed to film or take pictures inside, which I respect. I was planning to create a TikTok promotional story, but a staff member let me know filming wasn't permitted, so I wasn't able to use any of the footage I took.I did purchase a book on moon rituals, and I appreciated the free astrology calendar they had on display. However, I ended up buying the herbs I needed -- like cinnamon, bay leaf, and a few others -- at another apothecary that matched my vibe a bit better.Overall, the shop has a very specific aesthetic that may resonate with people who prefer a darker, more traditional occult atmosphere. For my own practice, I tend to gravitate toward brighter, more open spaces, so this wasn't quite the right fit for me.
