When the team arrived (2 guys), they were polite, fast, and pretty quiet. I was working while they were there and they made so little noise I almost forgot about them. The price was more than reasonable for the work considering (1) I didn't have to do it and (2) after it was done, I was very happy with the results. They didn't leave a huge mess behind and they did the jobs I hired them to do. Scott also gave me a heads up on a branch that overhangs my house and the future damage it might cause.
