I HIGHLY recommend Crystal!! She helped me close on a dream home in March 2021 and offered the best mortgage rate + lowest closing cost, with a quick closing period. She responds quickly, so simply ask her for a quote. We put down a $9k earnest money deposit on a house and waived our loan contingency to be competitive, so it was VERY important to find a lender who could comfortably close in our short closing period or else we would've lost that $9k deposit. Crystal requested the required financial documents from me right away, and started working on everything immediately. There were no hiccups at all. People usually recommend shopping at least 3 lenders. I'm VERY cost-conscious (Ok, I'm cheap!), so I shopped 15+ lenders. Crystal was the very first one to provide me with a loan estimate. Right away, she offered the best loan pricing (mortgage rate + lender closing costs) and one of the fastest closing time. My realtor was wonderful, but her recommended lender was quoting me at the same mortgage rate for an additional $6,300+ beyond what Crystal quoted me at (for a $425k mortgage loan), so make sure you find a good lender. Crystal is a rockstar! I was blown away how she handled our mortgage process even with SO MANY problems. In fact, a big bank denied our loan after wasting a month and almost 2 grand in various fees.
