My husband and I are first time home buyers and…read morewe went through 4 different lender pre-approval applications and qualified for all but Alderus. The communication (or lack thereof) was the worst part among Gina's snarky attitude. 1. It took 2-3 days for Alderus to call me back prior to me submitting our application. 2. It has taken over 2 weeks for us to hear back, so I emailed them to get an update. Apparently there had been some "miscommunication" and they were waiting for some information that I already provided to them. Gina then proceeded to say that I am not qualified without that information. She provided no explanation, did not take any time to explain why or go over the numbers that they had. Absolutely no customer service. She's a very cut and dry person which I guess is fine if you've already been through this process, however if you are first time home buyer or appreciate good communication from your lender, you may want to look elsewhere. Like I said, we have spoken with 3 other lenders and all of them have sent email after email, phone call after phone, text after text in order to go over the numbers with us, asking if we had any questions, and telling us what we needed to do to qualify for a higher loan. They were always available and explained everything, and were HAPPY TO DO IT which is GREAT for first time home buyers. Alderus / Gina did none of that. I barely heard back from them and when I did, she was hands down the rudest person that I have spoken with regarding this process. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere!

Claudia has been a godsend for my pursuit to buy my first property in Las Vegas, NV! Starting by…read moremyself, I was overwhelmed throughout the realty process and even how to begin looking at properties, especially as I initially began looking while working in San Francisco, CA. Claudia was DILIGENT throughout our text conversations to help me submit offers from well past 9pm PST to ensure my offers for houses were sent promptly, but gave me responses as well in the morning hours of our progress! I was able to always ask her opinion of what properties are best, asking about different sections of Las Vegas and what would be best for me as I planned to start a new job as well. After 18 total offer submissions, Claudia was HONEST in my approach, saying especially with COVID19, it is best to try to pony up some extra cash to show sellers I was serious in getting a house, and eventually we got an acceptance! Claudia coordinated with my Loan Officer and kept me informed of all paperwork I needed to sign, giving me calls if it was a priority, and always reminding me to stay focused on seeing this house purchase through. I was skeptical and even afraid I was not going to get it due to the fierce competition, but Claudia was always on my side! Eventually, we met up mid-February and scoped out the property and others, and I knew that after discussing the area of Spring Valley and the house I wanted, she made it clear that she would do her best to get it done for me. Claudia displayed EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION the entire time from offer acceptance to finish. After 3 months from my search, Claudia finally helped me seal the deal, and got my dream home. I could NOT have done this myself, and other realtors I talked to were not open to communicate or didn't have much to discuss about Las Vegas and what it had to offer. Thank you for EVERYTHING! Billy

If I could give Simply Vegas Real Estate negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the…read moreminimum required to warn others--so here it is. This is, without exaggeration, one of the most incompetent and unethical real estate experiences I've ever encountered. From start to finish, Simply Vegas demonstrated a stunning lack of professionalism, basic real estate knowledge, and any semblance of fiduciary responsibility to their buyer. Let's be very clear: they do not represent your best interests. They will say whatever is convenient, deflect responsibility when things go sideways, and prioritize their commission over your protection. Communication was unreliable, guidance was misleading, and when accountability was required, it vanished entirely. Instead of advocating for us, our agent actively created risk, confusion, and unnecessary exposure--the exact opposite of what a buyer's agent is legally and ethically obligated to do. We were left to untangle mistakes, chase answers, and protect ourselves in a transaction where professional oversight should have been automatic. This wasn't just poor service--it was reckless. Real estate transactions involve contracts, deadlines, disclosures, and serious financial consequences. Simply Vegas handled these responsibilities with alarming carelessness. If you are a buyer relying on them to guide you safely through a purchase, you are putting yourself in jeopardy. The overall operation feels shady, disorganized, and driven by self-interest, not client advocacy. There is a massive difference between salespeople and true professionals--Simply Vegas firmly falls into the former category. Do yourself a favor: do not learn this lesson the hard way like we did. There are competent, ethical brokerages in Las Vegas that actually understand their duties and take them seriously. Simply Vegas is not one of them. Buyers: steer clear. Protect your money. Protect your sanity. Take your business elsewhere!

Allison is a fantastic realtor. My family and I needed to sell my aunt's house immediately in…read morenorthwestern Las Vegas when she passed away and Allison helped us do that. It was the first time my family had to sell a house and we live in the Bay Area, California so we needed a trusted realtor who would work well with us remotely. We searched online and even got referrals from friends, but after speaking with multiple agents, we realized that Allison was the person we wanted to work with. We found her on Yelp, read her reviews, did some research, and decided to give her a call. Allison made us feel comfortable from the beginning and guided us well throughout the entire selling process. She has good people skills and is very knowledgeable. When we initially called her, she listened to our family's situation and the challenges we had before she offered her services and explained how she could help. When we met in person, she educated us on the local housing market and provided strategies on how we could sell the house. She told us all the things that needed to be done to get the house market-ready. During the negotiation phase with buyers, she educated us more and helped us make smart counter offers. We felt really at-ease and confident the entire time we worked with her, and at the end we were able to sell my aunt's house quickly and at the price we wanted. Working with Allison remotely was great. We flew to Las Vegas only once to meet her and the rest of our communication were through phone calls, texts, and emails. Allison was able to oversee the house and handled most of the things that needed to be done like getting the vendors over to do certain renovations and making sure their quality of work was good. This helped us a lot because we didn't need to travel back and forth to Las Vegas to do these things. In addition, she was accommodating to our busy schedule and was responsive, which was important to us. She was quick to get back to us whenever we needed to get a hold of her and she updated us frequently. One particular thing we really liked about Allison is that she's very resourceful. She had trusted vendors for all the things we needed to do for the house to get it market-ready. She had contacts for painters, cleaners, handymen, roofers, photographers, and so forth. Already grieving and feeling stressed from my aunt's passing and having to arrange her funeral, we were glad that we didn't have to research much to find these vendors because she already knew people that we could call. Ultimately, we were happy with all the services we received from Allison and we would work with her again if the opportunity arises.

We are remote landlords, and this was our second time working with Allison to sell a rental property in Las Vegas. The first sale took place in spring 2022 when the housing market was very strong. However, when we decided to sell our last rental condo in early October 2025, the timing was much more challenging. We had to list during the holiday season in a much weaker market, and the condo was bit older. Despite these challenges, Allison guided us through every step of the process with professionalism, exceptional market knowledge, extensive experience, tireless dedication, and great care. From the very beginning in early October, Allison visited our condo to have a thorough initial inspection. She provided excellent advice and practical suggestions for repairs and remodeling before listing. After the kitchen remodel and other updates, the condo looked more modern and attractive. Allison and Erin also did a beautiful staging and arranged high-quality professional photography and a 3D tour, ensuring the property was presented at its best. With detailed market research and a smart marketing strategy, Allison helped generate multiple offers within just days of listing, effectively creating a seller's market for our condo even in a difficult market. After the buyer's inspection, Allison continued to support us by referring reliable, honest contractors who completed repairs at very reasonable prices, making the process much less stressful for us as out-of-town owners. We also experienced a longer escrow period due to reason beyond our control. Throughout this time, Allison advised us to remain patient, kept us well informed, and confidently guided us through the process. Since we were not local, Allison went above and beyond, handling many additional tasks on our behalf to ensure everything stayed on track. Despite the tough market conditions, we successfully sold our condo at a price we were very happy with. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience or more outstanding service from Allison and Erin. Allison has exceptional knowledge, skills, and experience, and most importantly, she genuinely cares about her clients. We highly recommend Allison to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Las Vegas. You will be very happy to have Allison as your agent!
