A couple months ago I started looking for a specific present for my boyfriend's birthday. I found Crystal Prints on one of my internet searches but also found a trophy store that is in Cali and close to my home. I purchased a beautiful item that was nearly perfect to what I was looking for and paid $70.00. Still aching for the perfect gift I called Crystal Prints and after a few helpful email exchanges and a call I ordered a 3D engraved crystal puck plus a lot stand, I paid $90.00, including shipping. When I excitedly opened the box I found perfection! The lyrics engraved within the crystal puck are precisely what I was on a journey to find and I know that when my boyfriend sees his present he will be as satisfied as I was with the search, encounter with Sandy and Wayne at Crystal Prints and the outcome of the product they produced. The service provided was top-notch. We were in constant contact and the items were shipped securely and received within the week from shipping notification via email. I would first like to say the quality of the piece was great! Having said that.... I ordered my piece in October 8th with the guarantee that it would be delivered before my wife's birthday on the 16th. I received the Proof Email on the 9th to which I immediately responded with the go ahead. I gave it a couple of days and called back on the 14th to check the status and was told by a Wayne S. that they were still waiting my approval. (I guess they didn't check the email I sent right away on the 9th). So,, you can imaging ordering a very special, sentimental give and have it show up a day late was pretty frustrating. Someone dropped the ball but i understand it happens.. it was a bad experience because of the frustration and the anxiety of not getting something that was guaranteed by a certain time. Everyone I spoke or chatted with was very nice though. read more

They only shipped me the crystal, now why on earth would I give an incomplete present? My granddaughter's little dog wasn't going to be around long so I took a photo of the two of them, scanned it through to Crystal Prints, and ordered a "cube". It was taking so long I finally sent a curt message to the company only to find out the owner had had an unexpected heart attack. I apologized and was in awe when the gift arrived in a beautiful blue velvet lined box with the photo captured perfectly. And today I am in the process of placing my second order. Maybe the reviewer with the bad post could have contacted the owner in a civil manner and had her issue resolved. I have erasers on all my pencils (except golf pencils...) because I, too, sometimes make mistakes. I'll post again when I receive this newest order. read more

This is by far the best customer service I've received on a custom order. One year ago, a dear friend of mine lost his mother. As the anniversary of her passing approached, I wanted to get him a gift that would remind him of his mother's beautiful spirit. I contacted Crystal Prints Printing Services to have a custom memorial crystal created with a 3D photo of his mother etched on the inside. I contacted them numerous times with questions regarding the process and when they would be able to ship the crystal to me. After speaking with Carol Sandberg, a Crystal Prints representative, we both discovered that I needed the crystal sooner than the shipping option I had purchased. She offered to pay for half of the overnight shipping just so I could receive my gift on time. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! As promised by her, UPS delivered my crystal to my door the next morning, and what a wonderful piece of art it is! This experience was an extremely pleasant one, and I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
