I stopped to get a dip manicure. Which cost $45, and they don't even do your cuticles. The polish on my nails is awful. It's bumpy, and at the end of my nails there's barely any polish. After he put the dip powder on, he used that electrical tool that they . He pretty much filed off half the polish. come here again. read more

I waited a bit but I was a walk in. Pleased with the attention and quality. I am going back. Had a mani pedi

the guy was extremely rude.. rushing around to get us in an out when they still had two hours till closing.. the lady who did my nails also was super rushy and literally cut my set with a pair of scissors, I should of walked out then the whole vibe was just awful no music no zen just rushy pick ur color hurry up .. then the acrylic she did is all crooked and dented and I asked her if it was possible to fix and she was baffled complaining about how she would have to take the color of this nail and file that one etc... it took everything out me to pay with a smile but i definitely was not tipping today, unlike me but definitely was not deserved, usually they massage your hand for a bit and push your cuticle back to make it look cleaner, nothing, just did nails horribly and called it a day, very disappointing my friend had also came in with me and the lines between her French was a different color for her design and the color is so thin you can barely see it! she also had plans on doing long nails and they cut them before even asking the length , she lives over here and said she won't return to this location again or recommend it out. read more

I've been taking my daughter to crystal nails, we all know how finicky a teen can be. This is her 3rd fill, and she has yet to be disappointed! They are great with her, the quality is good, it was 4 weeks before she needed them redone! read more

After 10 years of giving them business, I walk in for a simple polish change and they turn me away to THE NEXT DAY!? No customer service whatsoever. I will gladly give my money to another salon. read more

We love coming to Crystal nails! We were downtown one day and tried one of the only places open on Sunday and it was horrible- HORRIBLE! So we came up to Mountain Top and came to crystal nails- our go-to place. They are super friendly and take good care of their customers. I got a pedicure and my friend got dip nails/SNS. She LOVES her nails and I love my pedicure. HIGHLY recommend! read more

The first time I went, it was ok. The only one that is halfway decent is Jen. But even if you schedule an appointment expect to be there over 2 hours. Stay away from Tony, he does horrible work on nails. My last visit last week will be my last, I got there at 9am and didn't get out until 12:30. Unfortunately, I got stuck with Tony, I could have done a better job myself and save $90. Never again!!!! read more

I have a few complaints about my recent visit on 1/15. I asked for a regular polish pedicure and a full set of gel tips. My pedi tech was very distracted and worrying about picking up her daughter as she stated to me, making me feel like I was an inconvenience. She used gel polish instead of regular polish with no UV. Therefore my nails never dried because it wasn't cured. I had to remove it after trying to wait 3+ hours for it to dry. I asked for gel tips, and the nail techs told me that I can't get that because that doesn't work, which is a complete falsity. I know many people who have gel tips. They applied acrylic, which isn't what I wanted. I tried reaching out a few times without reply or an attempt to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed in my experience. read more

The lady that did my French nails on toes and pedicure was very nice but when she did my big toes I felt she was going bit deep on the sides. The final job was decent, not the best I had but not the worst. My issue is a day later my big toes blew up like balloons.. I obviously got an infection from there. Never ever happened to me before at a salon. Now I'm in a bunch of pain from something that was supposed to be a luxury. I'm wondering how they sterilize their equipment and they were super busy so I waited 45 minutes to get waited on which was fine but not with this outcome. read more

went for 2 years and 2 weeks after I come home from a fill my nails continue to break. every time I go in with a broken nail or a cute design they laugh in my face very rude. I sit and wait in the waiting area an hour before im given a seat, even when they are not busy. Not good. if you are looking to waste your time go to crystal nails. read more

Terrible service! My daughter had an appointment for 620 but they continued to take walk-ins. An hour an a half later, all they did was take her polish off! I left. Won't return!!! Greedy! read more

I'm not sure of everyone's name there, but they are excellent. Always get exactly what I want. Very friendly and personable. It's busy on Saturdays so there is a little wait time, but other days I can walk right in and they accommodate me immediately. read more

I just came from getting a pedicure at Crystal Nails. Kelly did my nails. She was rude and inconsiderate. At one point , she really hurt me and I jumped. She wasn't happy. I had to ask her to remove callouses. She gave a sigh and scrubbed my feet so hard I thought she would cut me. She was on her phone with ear buds the whole time. Very rude. I will never go back !!! It's a very busy nail salon which I don't get. But they have lost my business and the business of family and friends !!! Hope this helps anyone looking for a good nail salon !!! read more

I went here a few months ago to get my nails done for Easter. The girl that did my nails looked like she was in high school and acted like it too. I wanted pink ombre, which turned out pretty nice but then she tried talking me into putting rhinestones on them. I wasn't sure, but agreed to it. The rhinestones were way too big and gaudy and looked stupid. She also never mentioned it would be extra for the rhinestones, why offer it but not tell me the price? Anyway, after I got home I showered, did some cleaning, and all the rhinestones started falling off, leaving indents in the acrylic on my nails. My pinky nail was already lifting too. What a waste of money. read more

if i could give no stars, i would. there's only one guy that knows what he's doing, but the rest always screw up my nails & i never end up satisfied. would not recommend, if anything go to casabellas in wilkes barre!! read more

I've been to this nail salon several times since it opened. After a bad experience there about a year ago, I didn't go back until today when my daughter wanted to go. We both got beautiful manicures after only a short wait. Kelly did my nails today-she did a great job-no pain. I will definitely be back--I think last time was just a bad day for them. read more

Tony has been my nail tech for a million years and I followed him to Mountaintop when he and his wife, Crystal, opened the business. I drive there from the Back Mountain. It's out of my way but I know I'm going to have my nails, pedicure, and eyebrows done properly, in an extremely clean environment, and where I know they sterilize the footbaths and use a sealed packet of tools for each person. I just won't go anywhere else. When they first opened they did not realize they would be such a big hit and finding qualified staff was not all that easy and this caused some upset to some folks who had to wait. Mostly there is no wait now but if you want to make sure, you can always call and make an appointment. read more

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I usually come here and it's great but today was a different story. I came in at 3:30 and they close at 5 so I didn't think it would be a big deal. However when I got in I went over to the color selection and some lady who's name started with a L (I forget lol) rushed me and basically stood over me. When I couldn't decide on a color she yelled at me. Then she hurt me and laughed about it when I flinched. She did my nails and they are all different lengths so I asked her to fix them and she told me sorry and refused to fix them. After that I was letting them dry and she went in my lanyard and took out my money without my permission, and then said " can't have you ruining your nails." The salon is very clean and staff is usually very nice but today was different. Tony, Crystal, Lisa, Kelly and the one who speaks super good english (I think her name's Amy)are super sweet so this is nothing against them. I just thought everyone should know read more

i came here 3 days ago with my sister to get a fill, first off i asked them to remove my dip powder and the girl was rude and said she can just fill it with acrylic where it needs to be filled which is NOT what i wanted and if i'm paying $25 for a fill i should be getting what i want. after she filled my nails with the thinnest layer of acrylic she kept getting up and walking away to the back room and taking her phone out and making phone calls which was so rude and unprofessional. she left the chair about 7 times and left me sitting there when i could've been done within 45 minutes and i was there for almost 2 hours!! when it came time to paint my nails she didn't paint the ends of them and put on so many coats of paint and at the end i don't believe she even put on a clear top coat. it is 3 days later and my nails have chips all on the ends of them and they look terrible. i paid for a gel fil for $25 and i got acrylic over my dip powder which i wanted taken off and she did a terrible job painting them. awful service and i will not return. read more
