When I went to pay I was asked for cash. When I said I wanted to use Interac, I was informed that would be an additional $4. There was a sign saying cash only for tips. For these reasons, I left no tip. There is no website for the business that might inform potential clients of this circumstance. So between the lack of interaction, the constant conversation in Chinese and the surprise about paying extra to use my debit card, it was a disappointing experience, the quality of the work notwithstanding. Note it is on the 2nd floor. They have 2 tiers of monthly designs if you don't know what you want, so make sure to check the Instagram to see them. Or bring a a Pinterest design and they can make it happen. Also to prep have a shape in mind as you can change the shape and color. They also have plenty of charms. I had Kazumi and I was HIGHLY recommended her, she is so energetic and such a sweet heart. She check in the whole time, so don't shy away from giving them feedback.
