The online inquiry process was seamless and even with a short notice I was able to get a response and invoice very quickly after my initial request. Communication was great, I had questions about the layout and was recommended on what we could do with the space that we had and everything worked out perfect. Raul is very knowledgeable about what makes most sense and the best ways to organize your tables for your events. I would highly recommend including set up & pack up with your request as we didn't need to worry about packing up the chairs or tables, they came & took care of it. Overall, it was great price for the time, labor, & quality of rentals. We considered buying chairs + tables but this is definitely the more affordable and convenient option and I'd highly recommend working ayon party rentals for your professional corporate events, personal family and friend events, or even public community events. Their professionalism and seamless service is appreciated and we will definitely rebook services for our future events. Thank you!!

Incredible service!! I originally reached out to request some basic furniture for a housewarming +…read morebirthday celebration: chairs, tables, and table cloths. However, after inquiring on their services and seeing how affordable their prices were, I started to look into additional rental equipment and services. It helped that the customer service itself was phenomenal. The person I worked with was Raji, she was my event coordinator and was the person who responded to my inquiry within the hour. Keep in mind that I reached out about 1 week before my housewarming/birthday celebration, which in hindsight was very short notice. Even so, Raji was incredibly responsive, asked very thoughtful questions, sent pictures of what they had available, made thoughtful recommendations once she had a better understanding of the kind of event I was throwing and the general ambience I had in mind. After some back and forth communication, Raji sent me an initial invoice via email for me to see. Making changes to the final invoice was just as easy given Raji's consistent responsiveness, and I was overall VERY SATISFIED with the drop off, set up, and pick up service. I 110% recommend giving this place a try for all your party and event needs!

This business is same as idecor events, just with a changed name. We never used a decorator before…read moreand this is the first time using one and boy are we disappointed. These are some of the actual numbers quoted: a white curtain background 10ft x 10ft = $200 (other party rental companies quoted: $75) Flowers on the table = $60 (others: $20) A 3ft high white cylinder table = $150 (others $25 - got from other rental company) The place is run by Sonia Dhawan. She is completely incompetent in decorating. Don't get mislead by the pics posted by the business owner, definitely marketing stuff done by someone else as her own. We asked for the decoration as in the Pinterest screenshot pic, she quoted for that, took full payment for it 10days before event + $220 for transportation (apparently their policy is full payment needed if event is within 2 weeks from booking date). She delivered what's in the other pic. The hanging of "girl or boy we love you" is put by us not by the decorator. Imagine how bland it would have looked without it. Problems: 1. The event is at 4:30pm, at the time of payment she agreed to finish the decoration by 3pm. On the day of event she reached venue by 3:45. Did decoration till guests arrived up until 5pm 2. Most of the balloons she brought were almost deflated. When asked if she would reinflate, she is like, "no, if balloons deflate during transportation, it is not my responsibility." 3. Compare pictures 1 and 2. She barely put 10% of the balloons of what was asked for. When asked why, her response was "this is all I can do. I inflated few more, but some of them burst during transportation. Not my responsibility." After almost getting into an altercation, her husband intervened, and brought in 15 extra balloons from partycity and attached them to make it look how it is in pic2. 4. We ordered easel with side stand. Side stand was not delivered. Till payment is received, her tone is "we can do it all, we will make sure customer is happy, because we strive for repeat business". After payment is received "this is all we can do, we can't do anything more. If you question, we will leave things how they are and you will have to do it yourselves." Sonia Dhawan is unprofessional, incompetent, and extremely rude woman. Do not do business with her, if you do, you will surely be disappointed. Update: Since the business owner had such a strong pushback, I am posting few more pics to support my claims. I didn't really want to disclose the phone numbers, but, such harsh push back needed strong corroborated evidence to support my claims and disprove their claims. 1. Please see rental agreement picture clearly mentioning "setup" time and dismantle time. 2. Also invoice with prices of all items we requested. Long square gold table was never received. Also as claimed by business owner, no discount was given. 3. Photo of Back of invoice also mentions setup time. 4. Screen shot of text messages showing what we asked for. How much was quoted. Matches exactly what's written in invoice for balloon arch. 5. The owner wrong fully claimed that the crew was on time. However, the other text message screenshot clearly(at the bottom) shows the crew messaging back that they are 5mins away at 3:54pm. When setup time was 12-3pm, is it unreasonable to get stressed about decorator not arriving even at 3:10pm? Owner needs to know the difference between stressed and depressed. Ms. Inder I speak with proofs. Not made up stories. I respect you for running a business, but this is definitely not the way to run it. Backing employees is good, but backing false claims will result in losing your credibility. Apologies from my end for assuming the male crew member was her husband. I really don't care for wasting ~$1000 on you guys, but I don't want anyone else to lose money and be disappointed. The owners condescending language and baseless allegations should give everyone a clear understanding of what kind of people and business they are.
