Asha rental themselves asked us that they cud help us with the set up of stage a day in advance as the clubhouse was available for us by then. They did this with absolutely no extra charges. Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us. They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. We felt definitely were extremely uncomfortable for causing them inconvenience. But were more happier to know about Asha Rental Services Highly recommend this team !!

My husband and I thought she was very professional and experienced since she was considered one of the listed vendors at our venue. I never made such an impulsive purchase, but I immediately asked for the contract and sent her the deposit that afternoon. One thing I liked about Jackie was the fact that I was able to text her anytime and any day if I had a question or needed something. Not only was she responsive, she would ask around if she didn't have the answer. The month before our big day, we had our meeting to go over details and timeline. She made sure to reach out to every single one of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease. If I could give Jackie more than 5 stars, I would! She was the best impromptu decision I've made throughout our entire wedding process. I'm so glad she was part of our wedding and cannot thank her enough!!!

"This is beautiful, the best wedding I've seen in years" "I second the motion," joined my Cousin Manang Maribel. "So classy everything is perfect, I thought my wedding was the perfect one...this is much better, " confessed my Auntie Au. 3 pretty ladies, each accomplished, elegant in her own way. All career women. All successful. All happily married. I believe them when they commented about my wedding as 'beautiful & perfect'. Like all girls, I know I have always dreamed about a fairy tale wedding. The kind that is happy & no-ending. So when Tim & I got engaged in September, and with only 8 months left to prepare. I left no stones un-turned to ensure our dream wedding and with my mom by my side supporting me all the way, and simply pushing the right buttons...All our hard work has paid off. Marie Sundiang of Cheshas Events,my wedding coordinator. The most pushed button of them all. YOU ARE THE BEST!...my hats off to you. Thank you for a job well-done! My mom-she is a perfection freak: she will not settle for less than perfect, she gambled on you and I am the winner. You should listen to all the whoa's and sighs of the guests upon entrance into the Hilton Grand Ballroom. It felt so much like a fairy-tale, enchanting, romantic and gorgeous. The centerpieces, candle holders, canopy, backdrop, up-lighting, party favor, chair covers... no words can describe them best. It takes a genius of a talent like you to cast a magic spell like that. Because she worked so closely with our hotel she was able to help us contact the hotel. All the floral arrangements were beautiful, the tables set up were beautiful and the fixtures that we had like the canopy and the uplights were gorgeous. She was also there at our cotillion making sure everything ran smoothly. There was just one problem that I didn't like, I know for cotillions youre usually suppose to do slide shows as a special section for everyone to watch, but as someone who has gone to many debuts and cotillions, my sister and I specifically wanted it during dinner as the guest while they ate, because slideshows to us wasnt a big deal, we wanted it, but not something to take special time out of and do as a separate event. We did specifically tell her about this, and we made the slide show at least 20 minutes longer without music(so it would play with the music we wanted at dinner) BECAUSE we wanted it played at dinner, but it didn't. it played after dinner and after the performances, Other than that, Marie made our cotillion wonderful and I am very happy with the total outcome of the event.

Mita, Sajid, and Pawan were an all-star team for our wedding day coordination. Sajid fixed the 'gajra' floral hairpiece in my (bride) hair before the ceremony and stayed with me during the baraat and up until I walked down the aisle. Mita was a great source of support for us throughout the planning process, especially when dealing with some of our more difficult vendors. We could fully trust that the day was in capable hands once we passed the baton to her team to manage our prior months' worth of planning. One of the main reason we book with Nicole is that when things go wrong, I'd like her to step up and resolve them. But instead, she CHARGED US $300 for moving to the next playground. Wow, we were expecting apology, not a $300 bill. Even if you are a repeating and happy client of Nicole (like us), I advise you to start looking for more professional services with other organizers. We appreciate the many events she helped us until she dropped the ball completely and insulted us by charging us extra afterwards. -- Nicole responded by saying that they couldn't have foresaw that the playground was closed. This is false as her team showed me that they sent Nicole messages and videos of playground being closed before they setup anything. They could have communicated this with us earlier and moved to This is beyond surprising on how Nicole handles unexpected cases.
