All the employees in the shops are just so sweet- never ran into a bad one. I enjoy walking around here every single store front has something in it, it's not a dead area with random shops closed. It's pretty much always busy, but doesn't get so crowded you have anxiety. I have brought my mom here a few times and she also enjoys it. We spend half a day here and grab something to eat as well.
