My wife and I needed a new key cut from the broken piece of the old one, and these guys were tremendous! They made four flawless new keys for us for a price I found very fair, and were very helpful to my wife, who is disabled. James was great, Ashely was very helpful, and the whole experience was not only a lifesaver, since the key operates the wheelchair lift on our car, but also saved us money and time. (Bruno, the manufacturer, charges an absurd sum to replace keys.) These folks are just who you hope you'll encounter when you need help. They're fantastic. I called Crystal Keys after we lost the key to our storage shed. My granddaughter had stored her items for college. She is going back this week so it was an emergency. I had looked on one of the famous National websites and they said they would be here by 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning. On Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. I received the following message: "Due to a last-minute pro call off, we had to reschedule for Wednesday 30 Dec. 10:00AM. We apologize for the trouble." Unfortunately, my granddaughter is leaving to go back to college on that day and must have all of her stuff packed before then. To end this story, I called Crystal Keys and he was out within an hour or so, unlocked the shed and had four keys made at less than half the price than the National company was going to charge. absolute AMAZING SERVICE! I found Crystal Keys in a crunch when my only truck key was accidentally burned. They came to my home and made us a key, I might add it was late afternoon and they were there in record time! During that visit were were informed that our cylinder was busted on the door and that we couldn't put a key in it to unlock the door. Crystal keys was able to replace the cylinder in just a few hours. Every person I spoke with was so polite and personable. I also want to say that they beat any competitors price!
