I was visiting my sister and noticed the front door deadbolt would stick and it was impossible to unlock the door. I called their office and was told John, the owner, was on a call could she call me back to let us when he could come. Within a few minutes she called back and said John could be there shortly. 20 minutes later John shows up and knew exactly what the problem was. He not only fixed the front door deadbolt but he lubricated all the locks and deadbolts around the house. All was done in less than a half hour, but the best part was the bill. He did a great job in every way. He came to the house within a matter of hours even though he was planning to go out of town. He also managed to cut several locks off of our outside AC unit cages that were supposed to be difficult for anyone to break into.
