I faced a dilemma with an interior remodeling project. The problem was in the kitchen. The kitchen…read morecabinets were fairly new. The kitchen was really the only thing prior to buying the house that had been updated. I really did not want to replace them. However, what did remain in the kitchen was a very ugly utility type cabinet with glass doors. The cabinet was extremely useful, it just looked like it did not belong in the kitchen, it matched nothing else in the kitchen or the adjoining rooms in the house. I contacted kitchen cabinet distributors, installation companies, the original kitchen cabinet manufacturer to see if I could have something built to fit the space and match the cabinets. This type of custom cabinet is not what they do. Then I found Carolina Coastal Services. The price was very fair, the delivery estimate was reasonable, and they were willing to work with me in finding a custom solution. When the installation was complete, it was completed on schedule, even given the task of matching the existing cabinet design and finish. I was extremely pleased with the staff, and the finished product. I could not have been more pleased how this new cabinet marched so well, fit in, and enhanced the look of the interior of the house. The consultation and drawing were great--I explicitly asked for a book case that reached to each end of the wall, flush. The drawing he sent had no wall showing. I gave thim the Sherwin Williams paint color, but he didn't have his paint tinted. It, of course, doesn't match my cabinets. There is a small strip of wall showing on both the right and left sides of the cabinet, and on the left side, the strip is wider at the top than at the bottom. There is a gap at the floor on the left side, but not the right. The holes are not plugged, and not painted. Michael refused to do what he needed to do to fix these problems, and when I asked to have it removed and my money refunded, he stopped responding to my texts and calls. I cannot recommend him to anyone else, as he doesn't deliver what he promises. And to top it off, he will not fix his errors.

This company did Roof repair on 2 units of our HOA in 2018…read more 2 years later, we had a leak come through the Roof in one of the units. After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I would never used them again or refer them to anyone! BEWARE! No rates here.

He did the job via long distance. We met with him while we were there. He started work after we left. He sent us photos. We sent him photos. We had conference calls and it worked like a dream. All 3 bathrooms required custom cabinetry. All 3 are gorgeous! He even used a special spray paint on the cabinets that I didn't know about and it was so slick looking. We loved it! Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. I have worked with many remodelers over years and he is by far the best.
