Here's the warning though - Unless a product is "in stock" in their warehouse, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. Their quotes are not always clear on what is/is not returnable so be sure to ask. Special order tile is never returnable, and although the rep will tell you how much mortar and grout to order, if you have any extra unopened bags, those are not returnable. In short, do not order the other supplies you need for your tile project from them (mortar, grout, schluter, wall insets, etc), get those at Lowes, Home Depot or Floor & Decor.

They took 100% payment for tile without disclosing it wasn't in stock--only told us after we paid that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. When we canceled due to delays, they tried to charge a 55% restocking fee on what was in stock. 2. We prepaid for shower glass and had it measured. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.

I explained where I lived and she knew exactly what our requirements was and she showed me the flooring options and I fell in love with the first one and I knew I had to have it the entire process of start to finish was an absolute dream and I could not believe how smooth the entire thing was they had someone come out to my condo and do measuring and it only took 10 minutes since they had a smart technology to do so they already had the floor in stock so it's only a matter of weeks for them to come and install it. I work remotely so I was able to leave the condo and have them install it throughout the entire day and when I came back, I was shocked and in all of how beautiful the flooring was I cannot recommend this company enough, and I still talk about how seamless the entire process was how professional everyone was and how amazing the installers were. They texted me to make sure that everything was to my standards and I am in love with every inch of this condo now.
