Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.

I explained where I lived and she knew exactly what our requirements was and she showed me the flooring options and I fell in love with the first one and I knew I had to have it the entire process of start to finish was an absolute dream and I could not believe how smooth the entire thing was they had someone come out to my condo and do measuring and it only took 10 minutes since they had a smart technology to do so they already had the floor in stock so it's only a matter of weeks for them to come and install it. I work remotely so I was able to leave the condo and have them install it throughout the entire day and when I came back, I was shocked and in all of how beautiful the flooring was I cannot recommend this company enough, and I still talk about how seamless the entire process was how professional everyone was and how amazing the installers were. They texted me to make sure that everything was to my standards and I am in love with every inch of this condo now. Dale Shoemaker is one of the owners and came to our house to evaluate. He went on our roof as well as into our attic to see if there was any major damage or possible issues due to hail or wind. While one of the people who quoted said there was wind damage, Dale was very honest and said some of the roofing tiles were extremely worn as shown by the amount of particles in the gutters. What I really liked about him is that he said "honestly you can probably get 1-2 more years on this roof without any issues". No hard closing. He offered us extended warranties and could start as soon as we received approval from our POA. His price was reasonable and in the ballpark of others. They take credit cards, but also charge an additional 3% for that service. Brody from RGR called my wife once we had an approval to set up the job. The first thing they did was deliver the materials to our home and drop it on a pallet. Once they started the job, there were between 8-10 workers onsite. In one day, they fully demoed the roof, repaired any damaged plywood, layed down the protective layer and started applying the roof. They were completely done in less than 1 and a half days. The second day, they finished and detailed some of the corners and overhang. They went around the yard with their large magnet to collect any loose nails. Our neighbors have commented on the speed and quality of the work.

Alan Bath, owner of this business, has been a gem and a gentleman. I own several historic/custom built homes and I am very sensitive to keeping the homes in their original condition. I had a large window suffering from rot. Alan not only replaced it, he managed to mill the replacement to the original specs so that the new one looks exactly like the old one, down to the same wood. He repaired the roof of my screened in porch and when it still had issues, he personally came back twice to find the tiny leak and repair it.
