Neighborhood Roofing went above and beyond in replacing the roof at our new home. They took careful…read moremeasures to improve ventilation as well as replace all the damaged decking, going the extra mile to do it correctly instead of covering it up. Their business is a well run machine, from the estimate process through scheduling to installation. The teamwork was impressive and they worked late to finish our job on time. We were trying very hard to be ready for the home to go on the real estate market in March. Neighborhood keep us abreast of the weather/schedule and came and did the job as soon as the weather allowed. They kept both the integrity of the roof and the need to meet a time deadline in mind and really helped us out. We are homeowners not roofing professionals, it was nice to know that they've been in Ann Arbor for so long, to know that they are well thought of in the community. We were able to trust them in their pricier advice. And for the scope of the work I feel the price was fair. A roof costs money, doing a roof the right way costs money but at least I know we paid a fair price for a job well done. They offer a long warranty and it's for the roof not for the owner so it transfers to new owners easily. And we know from conversations with multiple real estate agents that the warranty is solid! They were also happy to coordinate with our painter so he could do some painting work along side and in conjunction. This was a big help and made the whole process so much easier than having to do it in two separate steps! Our family highly recommends Neighborhood for all your roofing needs!

This year my siding cracked ( I have a warranty). I called that company several times and emailed and they said in 1-2 weeks they would be out. Never came out. I emailed and called with NO call backs. So, I decided to call this place to see if they would do a repair even though they didn't do the original job. I sent photos and a description and they gave me a price over email without coming to see the job. I agreed. They said 1-2 weeks. Very next day, I got a call they were going to come fix it. It took the guy less than an hour to fix the repair. After waiting several months from the original company to come fix their work, this company did it. I should've just hired these guys to do it in the first place. The least I can do is give these guys a good review for their speedy repair.
