The issue was that even though I had a McAfee VPN, the malware had created a entryway and prevented the complete McAfee suite of products from loading. He downloaded some recommended applications, quarantined the malware which enabled me to complete the security installation. I plan to use his assistance again on a project I have coming up in spring and am strongly recommending A&O Computer Plus!

I called back a week later to check on the progress and they didn't even start my order! Save you time, money and aggravation and go someplace else. I argued with Paul, the owner to get my deposit back and he refused. I told him I was going to file a civil suit against his business.
