Having a very high walkout, we thought they would use extension poles to clean the outside top windows. Not only did they climb ladders, they cleaned all the sills, used razor blades when necessary, and made all the windows spotless. Their price was better than other companies around. We will have them out for all our window cleaning.

They arrived right on time and were incredibly thorough cleaning everything from top to bottom. They got stains out of my oven I assumed would be there till the end of time. We have a decent amount of clutter and my one concern was that items would be misplaced or put somewhere I wouldn't be able to find them, but that wasn't an issue at all, they cleaned around our little piles of stuff and even made them easier for me to organize. I have a small house (12 regular windows-2 picture windows) The cost was approximately $30/window. This is definitely a "luxury" service. Also, I was told it was disclosed but obviously not enough as I would never have paid by card which encountered a fee of an additional $13.00 on top of my $431.00 bill. I paid with a Visa debit card, a commonly used form of payment. Conclusion: This is a service that provides a good service. After emailing back and forth with the owner/manager (?) regarding the "surcharge" I was left with an uneasy feeling that there was just something not trustworthy about this business. Hopefully, I'm wrong. Do the research. There are now several window services in the St.Croix Valley.
