I arrived Friday evening which tends to be busiest, signed up for 1/3, 2/3 and I was able to sit down within 15 minutes. The overall casino vibe is upbeat, significantly more than Commerce. Nice interior decor, table and chair quality. Downside: One factor was poker chips were extremely nasty, considering its casino most touched item/small denomination... it still shouldn't require pliers to separate. -- Food. In case you are hungry, hustler has a full restaurant menu available until 2 am. I tried the Korean short ribs, decent for casino quick grab. Overall 4 Big Booms of 5. Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

I was completely lost trying to find my way over to a nearby venue, looking stressed, when Emmanuel stopped to ask if he could help us. What blew me away was that he was completely off the clock--wearing his backpack and clearly heading out to his car to go home. Instead of just pointing, he went out of his way to walk my husband and I all the way in the right direction and was just incredibly kind and helpful the entire time. Selflessness of this level is such a rarity these days! I'm not a big casino visitor, but the next time I am in the area, I'll definitely be dropping in--if only to play some slots and thank him again. Management, please give Emmanuel the recognition he deserves; he is a phenomenal asset to your team!

Other than the check in process, had a wonderful stay. Breakfast compensated for that lol!! Room has a mini fridge and coffee maker. Universal microwave was in the hallway next to the ice machine lol! Super thin walls so shhh lol. Had a quiet and peaceful night though. They had a hot buffet style breakfast. Price was very reasonable considering I only stayed 1 night on a weekend. Would def be back again!

The Bike Cafe is priced very reasonably and offers a huge selection of breakfast to dinner friendly foods; healthy salads, parfaits, fresh hot food and prepackaged snacks; basically anything to keep the customers comfortable while playing; they use a lot of the robots to move food; they come a bit close to the humans. Kind of entertaining. I also appreciate the self serve filtered water station by one set of the bathrooms on the casino floor;
