From the beginning, Rick Cox, our designer, did an amazing job of drawing up our pool. There were logistical challenges based on the layout of our lot, and he did an amazing job of working around those issues and really getting us an end product we love! He was also very friendly and very informative about how the rest of the process would go. When it came time to deciding our pool finishes, Morgan Moore, was super helpful. We did not feel rushed our pressured, and appreciated her being thorough in explaining all the options and pricing. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the process. Sean Carter and Thomas Moore were our two superintendents, and they were both awesome! Sean was our main contact throughout the construction phase and did a great job of communicating dates and setting expectations for the various phases. To this day, Sean will still answer, or route me to the right person, to get any questions or concerns addressed. He made the construction phase feel like a breeze and was quick to tackle all items on our post-construction punch list (which wasn't many!). Also, Brazilian Brickpavers was contracted to do our decking and we could not be more happy or impressed. The crew's work ethic and attention to detail was amazing. We'd notice some small imperfections in tile work or with the pavers, and without even needing to tell them or ask, they fixed it on their own. The quality of work they do is probably unmatched and as a result, we've hired them to do more work for us soon! Taking on a large project like this can feel overwhelming and scary, but Blue Haven made it the process so smooth and relatively painless. To reply to blue havens reply…read more Yes I met with Thomas twice to go over issues. And yes they tried to resolve some of them. And did successfully resolve some. Several issues Thomas offered nothing to correct. Some he said he could but I'd go months longer without my pool. As for the leak detection after replaster they are claiming they did. That's a bold face lie. Which it typical of blue haven employees. I asked for a leak detection due to loosing several inches of a water a day. I was told I to fill out a form stating I would pay for the leak detection if no leak was found and it would be up to $600. I refused to do that and showed them the leak myself which was a hole in the new plaster that they had already tried to patch twice. You did replace two patches of sod in my and my neighbors yard after your sub ran his can through my and my neighbors yard after a hard rain for no reason severely damaging both yards. However the time a different sub destroyed my other neighbors yard y'all did nothing to help there. I had to fix those damages myself. Y'all did a crap job and you know it. Even your own staff has admitted it. Honestly y'all's dishonesty and unprofessionalism is worse than the poor work yall performed.

We have used ASP for weekly cleaning service for about two years and we don't have much of anything…read moreto complain about as far as that is concerned. Brian (our regular pool maintenance guy) is great and knows what he is doing. That being said, we hired ASP for a pool resurfacing and deck refinishing/repainting job that was supposed to be "two days" and it lasted for roughly 50 days. The job site was left filthy and the decking repair that was contracted out by ASP was a disaster. They used the wrong color, left footprints in the paint, trashed everything, and ruined my handrails during their 3rd clean-up process, scrubbing them so hard they rubbed the chrome off and left them scratched and rusty and then blamed us for it and said, "that's how they were when we started." A father-son duo even got into a fight in the middle of my driveway. This of course was unnecessary and freaked my little kids out as they heard the commotion from our living room. Fighting on the jobsite is a joke and should NEVER happen. I showed the owner of ASP pictures of the handrails prior to the cleanup process and I have yet to hear anything back. It has been another month so I guess we are out of luck as I was told at that time, "I don't know how to fix that." Additionally, the contractors that ASP hired to resurface the pool brought all of their children to the jobsite and hung on my gutters like they were doing pullups, ran around my drained pool like lunatics, and left trash in my backyard during their lunch. ASP did come out and clean it up after I provided pictures of the mess but none of that should have been allowed to happen in the first place. As far as the owner of the company is concerned, I specifically wrote him to NOT send anyone else out to my home and that I wanted to see and deal with him directly due to the extremely poor experience that we have had during the entire process. He has yet to step foot on my property and sent out other workers in spite of my requests. They only thing they have been prompt on is billing me $180/month for service, regardless of whether they come out to maintain the pool or not each week. If I was able to break up my star rating into two categories, I would. I would give BRIAN (the weekly service tech) 5-stars and I would give the actual company 1-star due to extremely poor professionalism and delayed completion of work. At this point, there is nothing left for me to do as they refuse to take responsibility for the damage done to the chrome handrails. I'm not sure our experience would be better with another company considering contractors seem to be hit-or-miss in this area but I do not recommend ASP for deck resurfacing or pool refinishing projects. I guess only time will tell as to whether or not the quality of the work will last. Recently, they have increased their price to $225/month for regular standard pool service. We had to part ways.

They'll ask where we want equipment dumped, we tell them, and they put it somewhere completely different, ruining the yard. I have to count on BOTH hands the number of times theyve let my dogs out to run wild. As if that's not bad enough, they couldn't even be bothered to tell me that the dogs got out. Just got home to no dogs, multiple times. Or I'll put the dogs up bc they say they are on the way, but that leaves the dogs locked inside for countless hours and still no workers in sight. I'd assume keep my money and not even have a pool than to have to deal with this nightmare.

Aqua pool and patio saves my vacation with my four grandchildren!!!!…read moreI went to Aqua Pool and patio in Fort Walton Beach to get a new capacitor for my Hayward super pump motor. Hayward had listed them as one of the repair and parts stores. I walked in and was greeted by some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were also very helpful Jessica Kim Brett and Eric. Even though it was my first time in the store they made me feel like I've been a customer for many years. Eric the repair person even came up from the back and showed me how to install the capacitor correctly. I went home and I got the capacitor on but the motor still wasn't working I thought I could fix it myself so I took it all apart watching YouTube videos. Then I couldn't get it back together now granted the motor was old and I probably should've gotten a whole new motor to begin with. Turns out I broke off the long four bolts that hold the motor together. Eric gave me an A for effort. He put a new motor back on my pump and even refunded me for the capacitor I didn't need for less than I could've bought one on Amazon!! I installed it back on my pump but I still wasn't getting pressure. I called back up to Aqua pool and patio and they sent out a service tech named Curtis. In three minutes Curtis found I had an air leak and fixed it. No charge. My pump is now working beautifully I am so thrilled. I really want to thank Aqua pool and patio for their wonderful associates and for helping me. My son his wife and four grandchildren are coming from Minnesota to visit in August and we are going to have so much fun in my pool because Aqua pool and patio. Marge B. Destin Florida.

They fixed several small leaks. Stated thed would come back in a day or 2 to complete the repairs once they had the parts. On Monday I notified Mel the pool still had a leak, though less now. She stated they'd come out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, she came out as promised, installed the pump area parts, as well as, she redove the pool and found another couple of leaks..
