The first issues at hand was a halway three-way switch that would only work if the other switch was in the on position. The service tech spent about 30-45 correcting the wiring so that the both light switches work as advertised. The second was correcting the wiring in my garage which at first seemed like a daunting task due to the accessibility/small crawl space to get where the electrical work was required. But yet again, the service tech knock this project out seamlessly and better than than initially thought. The total cost for these repairs was approximately $400 for a couple hours of work. As a homeowner, that cost seemed reasonable enough for that peace of mind that an electrical issue was corrected to code.
