A beautiful small shop tucked within Main Street USA. I would absolutely recommend to check it out. Pieces can range beyond thousands. Some are reasonably priced. There is another crystal shop within New Orleans Square. All glass, crystals, figurines are made by Arribas Brothers. I bought myself small figurine of Sorcerer Mickey Mouse. During the Disneyland 2026 Half Marathon Weekend in the end of January, and their last RunDisney race for a few years, I had one theme park reservation at Disneyland. During the day, I had a chance to stop at Crystal Arts! The next time you stroll down Main Street in Disneyland, you'll want to stop by Crystal Arts located within Disneyland Park. It is one of those small places that feels as if it is a secret place while being located right along the most traveled path of the park. On the outside of Crystal Arts, the sparkling crystals show off in the sun of California and when you enter into the store, it feels as if you have entered into a mini artist studio where the artistic spirit is like the magic of Disney! What interests me the most in this store is how all of the beautiful craftsmanship is on display. From the moment I walked into the store I saw beautiful cut crystal figurines, elegant glassware, tiaras, and small delicate decorative pieces with classic Disney themes. The fact that they will do engraving and etch on the items while you wait and you can simply choose an item off the wall to be engraved with your name, a special date, or a short message to make it even more unique! I've spent a lot of time walking from one display case to another, looking at all of the different pieces. They make for great souvenirs! Even when you're not planning on buying anything, I always recommend stopping by and take in the experience of seeing an artist create, or find that one thing you never knew you wanted until you see it! Our last stop before leaving the park has to be Crystal Arts. This place gets busy during the holidays because they sell the glass Christmas tree and ornaments. The past years as Magic Key Holders, my husband and I decided we'd start collecting something small to commemorate each visit. We ended up here. We buy one mini buddy every visit. They're little crystal characters encased in a snowglobe / dome. They're so cute and small enough to not take up too much space at home. It used to be displayed where you can easily see them, but now they're behind the counters so we usually ask them to take a photo so we can pick which one we like. Stand out visit was with cast member, Marcelo, he was awesome. He even offered us the newest ones they haven't put out for display yet. Great service every time. read more

Gorgeous!!! The crystals in here are so beautiful. I was scared to walk around. What if my clumsy self bumps into something or knocks something over? Everything is behind a glass case, but still my fear was there lol They have shot glasses, crystal figurines of Disney characters and other pieces. I found a crystal Simba from the Lion King! So cute! And they had the red rose from Beauty and the Beast in a crystal case, just like from the movie. So fun. I also spotted an area for Magic Key Holders to get glasses engraved with "magic key holder" on it. Awesome! read more

We went to Crystal Arts on our most recent visit to Disneyland. Marcelo was amazing with helping us. This shop is one of our favorites at Disneyland. We come here every visit - and that's a few times a year. We never get tired of it. This visit we were buying a glass mug to replace one that broke. We ordered a personalized mug & every time I bring it out, it reminds me of our trip. Highly recommend getting a personalized souvenir as it is truly unique. read more

Crystal trinkets are not my go to souvenir, but I do peek in from time to time. I feel like the prices can be a little high, but if you like the character ai can see the price be justified. The cast members are friendly and will assist if you want to look at something as well. It is cramped, so I often avoid browsing due to crowds. read more

Crystal Arts and its sister location Crystal d'Orleans are both run by Arribas brothers. They are a privately owned company and sell some of the finest crystal I have ever seen. Like other stores they do offer you 10% off if you are using the Chase Disney Visa card and will ship your merchandise. This store carries crystal jewelry, figurines and more. They can be very pricey depending upon how ornate the item is. Last year when I was in the Magic Kingdom I purchased the 50th anniversary limited edition Mickey and Minnie which are now on display in my curio cabinet. This year I was after Scrooge McDuck. Sure enough they had him standing on top of his gold coin box eyeing one of his pieces of gold. Since this merchandise is so fragile I arrange to get it shipped to my home. I complete the necessary paperwork, write down their local phone numbers and was told it would take about 2 weeks to arrive via UPS. Once home to my joy, Scrooge arrived two days after I came back-all took just under a week for him to arrive safely at my house. They did show me the actual package I would be receiving when it arrived and sure enough it was as they said. It was wrapped extremely well and nothing was cracked or broken. Some of their finest and high end crystal can be found at the flagship store located in Disney springs in Lake Buena Vista. You can see Cinderella in her pumpkin carriage and even an entire crystal of the famed Cinderella castle. It's great to visit these stores to see how much work goes into some of these pieces. Was looking to finish off the matching set for our Aladdin and Jasmine "Magic Carpet" figurine by Arribas. Rather than pay retail price via the Disney Store, we figured we'd swing by Crystal Arts during our next Disney trip & take advantage of the 10% discount (nice, $150 off) the "Genie Figurine by Arribas" purchase. Sooo... We waited until the final day of our Disney visit to order the Genie (complete set in all its glory, displayed in the front window), walked into Crystal Arts to order, and... NO DISCOUNT FOR YOU! Well, that's not quite how they said it (this is Disneyland), but were told in a very friendly manner that Crystal Arts is EXCLUDED from the Annual Passholders Discounts... WEAK! Not only that, but they didn't carry the Arribas items in-house & we'd have to order for delivery anyway... Major let-down considering we put off purchasing the complete set (due to what would've been a significant cost savings), when we could've ordered from the Disney Store all along (which takes a good 2+ weeks for this item to be delivered). I know... My fault for not at least calling ahead to verify stock, though assumed that these discounts were relevant for all shops/restaurants, excluding the street vendor stands (Churro's, Popcorn, etc...) staged throughout the park. Wouldn't have been a big deal (nor would an FTR & FTT have spawned), if this was a miniscule purchase, but a complete buzzkill when you're shelling out close to $2k for a collectible... Anyhoo... Shop itself was cute/tiny, a decent amount of figurines & glass goods (many customizable as far as etching options), employees were friendly, etc..., though expect to shell out top $$$ for anything you lay your hands on. They even had faux diamond Disney iPhone cases starting at about $50 (I'm an Android user btw), but was considering gifts for the in-laws. I guess they were trying to push the "exclusive, high-end angle" with this shop (& with that, they definitely succeeded), but it would've been nice regardless to throw the pass holders a bone considering the retail pricing... Doubt I'll be back considering the higher end items aren't stocked in-house & they don't discount Annual Passholders, so I'm better off just ordering online anyway... Nice shop however to see the items close-up before shelling out the dough (which is how how they got us in the first place with that Genie/Aladdin Figurine, forever displayed in the front window)... That along with the $37k, Crystal "Cinderella's Castle" are actually quite spectacular... read more

I usually love this place; it's always been a "must visit" store when we're in Disneyland park. A few weeks ago, we were in the Park and I stopped in and purchased a beautiful tiara from the sweetest cast member by the name of Van; she totally made my day and was a pleasure to deal with! Unfortunately, since then, I have had numerous, disappointing interactions with other employees of that store. During our trip, I placed an order over the phone and arranged to have it shipped to my home. The cast member was impatient and a little difficult to work with but I was assured that my order would be processed and shipped. It's been a few weeks, and my order still has not been delivered. I called the store today in the hopes of tracking it down; the cast member who answered my call was rude, unprofessional, impatient, and made it very clear she had no interest in helping me at all. On top of that, I could hear her being verbally abusive to coworker in the store with her who, from my perspective, was just trying to help her address my concerns. I did note the name of the cast member who answered my call today, and while I won't publicly call her out on this platform, I am considering reaching out to management with my concerns considering how incredibly rude she was to both myself and her coworker. We are long time Disneyland visitors and go numerous times a year; this type of behavior is not what is associated with a Disney cast member and is incredibly disappointing. In addition to the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced today, it also seems that my original order was shipped to the wrong address. However, I do want to give Manual at the Crystal Arts Studio credit; he researched the mistake, apologized, and took steps to rectify the situation. read more

Buyer beware! The jewelry is costume jewelry! They may use swarovski crystals but the metal is crap! I paid $60 (no annual passholders discount as they are a separate company from Disneyland) for a pair of earrings and they tarnished almost right away. I also got the matching necklace and had to replace the chain as not only did it try and eat my hair at the clasp but tarnished as well. And when I say tarnished not only turned green but my skin at contact points as well. I wrote the company and was given great customer service the first time, they replace the earrings and all was good, then the new ones tarnished as well, so when I wrote them back I was told they don't sell the earrings any longer... Yeah well since I'm in the parks like once a week I begged to differ, I found the same pair but now for $95!!!! YOU ARE BUYING EXPENSIVE COSTUME JEWELRY!!! I've learned my lesson! Not one more dime will ever go to this company! (I will also be forwarding my concerns to Disneyland as well as I feel they need to know from a consumer point of view that we are being duped!) read more

I was there 2 weeks ago, my feet were swelling badly so while my daughters ran to California Adventure to get a fastpass I came upon this store. I wanted everything but finally purchased a crystal Mickey Mouse necklace which I LOVE. Problem is I wish I had bought a Tinkerbell for someone and I don't see where you can buy online.
