I planned our entire wedding and hired all vendors from Las Vegas, where we live. Marissa was super accommodating with a Skype meeting so we could get to know each other. This really helped me with finalizing our photography vendor decision. The package we chose included an ice breaker shoot which ended up being like an engagement shoot. This was super helpful in getting to know her shooting style and temperament. Marissa is very outgoing and fun to be around. She made my husband feel super comfortable, which he was worried about, not having spent a lot of time in front of the camera and of course she made me feel comfortable too. The images she took in the ice breaker shoot really captured the essence of our relationship. We get scores of compliments on them. As for the wedding day Marissa was a gem. We traveled around Seattle doing photos with the wedding party in several locations and Marissa had great suggestions for every shot. I literally just had to be there and look pretty. At the wedding, I know she was constantly there taking pics but I never noticed her taking the pics, which I thinks is good. I would recommend Marissa to anyone based on the quality of her work, her customer service and personality.

Once we got a first look at the pictures, we immediately purchased a package for 3 more additional sessions. The photos are fun, creative, and high quality. Marissa is a pleasure to work with. She's been very flexible in scheduling and location selections, and has worked really well with our son, Ryder. It's also been a blast to see him featured on her website and in her blog postings. I'd recommend her for anyone looking to have a little fun with their family, wedding, graducation, or any occasion photos!

We just got back from our honeymoon to a full set of edited photos (as promised), plus extras and a slideshow!! While the quality of the photos is outstanding, what truly sets Mariah apart is her personality. She is perhaps the warmest, friendliest person I've ever met...and was fantastic and easy to work with. She coordinated well with our other vendors, including helping sew up the timeline with our day-of coordinator to accommodate several tweaks here and there. On the day of, she even helped ease me through some of the more emotional moments with her gentle and reassuring words! Mariah really went above and beyond to make us feel like we were her only clients, and that personal touch is what made our wedding day experience as special as it was. (Not to mention, her pricing is extremely reasonable too!!) We are so happy that we chose Mariah to capture our wedding day, and I would recommend her hands-down to anyone!!

The day of our wedding Mariah was easy to communicate with and was actually waiting for us at Golden Gardens. She worked fabulously with our officiant and witnesses.
