The full body cryo was ok but other than that, they did very little "lazer lippo - one or two treatments at best. They did not honor their contract and now refuse to refund my what they stole through their fraud. As a veteran, I am not convinced they are veteran owned and would demand prove if the real owner actually ever was there. The staff is constantly confused and treated me like a training aid as they learned how to use the equipment. Turnover is such an issue I don't even know anyone's name anymore. I assume ownership treats employees as poorly as they treat clients. After thousands out the door and their multiple promises (lies), I was their hands of these snake oil salemen.

Their Salt room doesn't have mold in it btw tho & a dry salt covered environment is literally the last place it could grow. They recently did renovations in their wet treatment rooms to avoid mold growth. Overall great Co & lots of very good modalities & people, including the owners. And the benefits of cryotherapy are REAL. A nasty scar on my leg is healing up after just two sessions - in ways that prescription topical solutions couldn't do for me. But mostly, I feel far less pain as soon as the next day. I routinely work out and I feel that good soreness in my muscles all the time. I did EMS regularly during those three years and it completely transformed my health and my body. I have gotten lots of compliments about how I look and it's all because of Flo and Sam and the entire team there at pulse. They have also been extremely accommodating with my schedule and have always been courteous, respectful and extremely knowledgeable with all of the different types of health and wellness programs that they offer. The pricing is fantastic too, and the facilities are well kept. My only wish is that everybody would know this so that the business could grow exponentially. I lost almost 50 pounds during just a couple of years and then from there on gained almost 15 to 20 pounds of pure muscle in all the right places. My lower body and my upper body were completely balanced and looked great thanks to Flo and the team.

The staff assisted me in getting some O2 (they have an oxygen bar) as I was experiencing a coughing fit from the salt. They also provided me with some additional water. The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). It does not feel the same way I did the first time. To complete the contract I paid for, no refunds were offered. I could travel a great distance, out of my way, to get my remaining shots. That's not acceptable! There were also alternating weekly shots given weekly. A vitamin B combination and a fat burner. This is NOT what I planned for. It's rather stressful and expensive. Now the nurse argued with me that I was "done" with my contracted visits. When I clearly have 4 more, after the four I picked up Tuedsay.
