Don't do it. This is a total scam! They take photographs closer up and then further away or…read moredifferent angles. It's simple to see. They try to tell you that this is a 12 week health and wellness program and then it's not. The majority of the video advertisements show them doing the laser on the owner or doing it on thin people who don't have any issues. They try to squeeze in two treatments a week to six week program and you don't get any other assistance than what they claim is lymphatic drainage and it is not. I went there and did a few of the treatments and realized this, canceled my plan because they tried to tell me I was a good candidate for something that my medical physician told me I never was. My problems were completely internal and hormonal, which needed to be addressed medically and once it was, with a nutritionist and actual 12 week plan, things would change. This information was provided to the clinic and the owner in the form of a letter from my doctor. Yet that did not matter to them even though they claim that not everyone is a candidate for it and they definitely aren't there to sell you something because they really want to help. Sure. The owner charged me the full amount for 12 laser/12 lymphatic drainage treatments and only refunds $921 of it. I canceled two appointments in the beginning because of personal reasons, but well within a scope of time for cancellation. I never received lymphatic draimage machine treatments. NOT ONE. They show you the machine on the tour yet they pawn off an infrared steam pod /free vibration plate treatment as actual lymphatic drainage machine treatment and medically, it is not the same thing. Look it up. I just happen to know this because I have done it in the past and I also go to Glo where for for services, unlimited times a month you can use the red light bed, infrared steam pod, Hydro massage and tanning. That's for $69 a month mind you. The vibration plate is not for lymphatic drain either. It will help you lose weight. But like I told their technician Kelly that over saw almost everything and talked me into this bullshit, I didn't need that extra "free service" she said was a part of the deal, because I have one at home! Here folks you have this scam artist charging an insane amount for something that isn't being used as it should or doing what is advertised. The laser does absolutely nothing when they sit in the room with you and promise you that you'll see results after only a couple of 15 minute treatments and a "massage." That massage being a total joke as they go ahead and run a massage gun over the area for maybe a minute. Just the run of the mill ones you can get on Amazon and do at home to get the knots out of your back. They cost about $36. Anyway, I did 4 out of 12. Nothing happened because I was NEVER a good candidate. They use scales tactics between you and one woman in the room which red flag, if this worked why was she overweight? You would think the employees would get to take advantage of the therapies and "wellness program." Not trying to be mean just being honest, so I guess shame on me for not picking up on that. They do use sales tactics to appeal to your insecurities, and what you are going through in your life at the time, under the false veil of being a "Christian Based Business" that actually cares. The owner does not care! Leaves me with a $2000 bill for services I never received and although apparently tried to call, ignores my emails. I wouldn't talk to them over the phone, I wouldn't talk to them in a room alone, but they don't wanna put anything in writing. So it's no surprise that I've gotten no response. If I could give it a zero, I would.

Had a really good time visiting this establishment. Came here with my bestie as a spa day treat for…read moreher birthday. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. We purchased a Groupon for the detox and it didn't disappoint! The infrared sauna was nice and private (only the 2 of us). I didn't react well in the salt room but she loved it. The staff assisted me in getting some O2 (they have an oxygen bar) as I was experiencing a coughing fit from the salt. They also provided me with some additional water. The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). There is ample parking as the Riverview location is in a strip mall.

Allegra Wellness took $1,500 from me for a "slimming package" that delivered absolutely nothing --…read moreno weight loss, no results, no value, and no accountability. This was not just disappointing; it felt predatory. The nurses are careless, irresponsible, unethical , rude too The promises made during the sales pitch were grossly exaggerated, the actual services were underwhelming and ineffective, and the products provided were not worth a fraction of what was charged. Once they have your money, the urgency to help you magically disappears. What's most alarming is that this place markets itself as wellness while pushing treatments that, in my experience, felt careless and potentially harmful rather than safe or medically sound. There was no meaningful monitoring, no real concern for outcomes, and no responsibility taken when the program clearly failed. This business appears to profit off false hope, targeting people who are vulnerable and genuinely trying to improve their health. Charging premium prices for zero results is unethical, and in my opinion, borders on consumer exploitation. I strongly warn anyone considering Allegra Wellness: Do NOT waste your hard-earned money. Do NOT trust the promises. Do NOT fall for the marketing. There are far safer, more transparent, and more effective options elsewhere. I regret ever walking through their doors and hope this review prevents others from becoming the next victim.
