We both agreed. On June 6th, 2025 I gave him 1/2 of the 50% down ( cash). Two days later I gave the remaining balance. Which was 6/8/2025. He then proceeded to send me pictures of windows etc & stated that he would start on Tuesday June 10,2025. I assumed that he went and pulled a permit.Because you cannot put windows in in seminole county without one. The minute I mentioned this Adam stated oh, I'll get one of my GM friends to pull it. He never came to do my windows yet. He accepted my money. For someone who's in business thirteen years, he should have known prior to taking a deposit from a customer. Wherefore, from 6/10/2025, i still do not have my windows nor a refund. He stated in a text to me I'll just send your $ back. I have texted him numerous of times and he keeps saying I'm gonna send you something. I said, what do you mean something? He used my money for other purposes. I would never ever do business with this kind of a person. How dare him take a customer's money and go spend it on other resources. Everyday for 4 days Adam kept texting, I send you some money back. He actually wanted a payment plan. This company had absolutely no legal right to use my deposit of $4,250.00 for other projects. Now, I have to report him to every agency available.File a police report of FRAUD & THEFT . I am a Senior Citizen & on disability * disabled. I am blown away and how he has handled this. He has blown me off. He hasn't sent any money.Today is 6/22/2025. I have never in my entire life. Have given anyone a bad review even though they deserved it. Because everyone can have a bad day. The last set of doors replaced two months ago needed to incorporate some changes to function well for us and for our two dogs, Belle and Sissy! Belle is a rescued Black German Shepherd born with 2 1/2 paws and uses a prosthetic foot and Sissy is a rescued senior Australian Shepherd. While these new doors met our needs, they really met the needs of Belle and Sissy and then some! Belle has lost 8lbs and Sissy has lost 7.5 lbs since the electronic dog doors were installed! No more couch potato pups in this house! They love their automatic dog doors!!! Our vet is going to be amazed! We are thrilled!!! The T-Mat diet has changed Belle and Sissy's weight painlessly!!!
