Exceptional Service When I Needed It Most! Florida Fire and…read moreFlood truly went above and beyond. After a fiber install job accidentally hit a pipe in the attic, I was left dealing with damage and a company that refused to take responsibility and kept giving me the runaround. Florida Fire and Flood was available right away. They were reassuring and came out right away to take action. Even though they didn't have to step in the way they did, they chose to help--and that made all the difference. They were patient, supportive, and always there when I needed them. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to doing the right thing really stood out during a very stressful situation. I couldn't be happier with a company. Florida Fire and Flood earned my trust completely, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. Truly an outstanding team!

Edward immediately responded to my request for a quote. He was professional, personable, and sympathetic to my budget concerns. In the end, Cat6 provided me a quote that I could not turn down and they executed the job within three days of initial contact! The job itself was also well done. In fact, I originally indicated I had the proper gooseneck so they didn't need to provide one. However, it turned out my gooseneck neck cap was too small. Rather than pushing the job off to another day, Edward and Miguel went right out and purchased the correct materials and got the job completed by the end of the day. In short, I highly recommend Edward and the Cat6 team.

We have been customers of Malloy Builders since 2006, when we moved here and wanted the "new" house…read morewe bought modified in a number of ways prior to moving in. In addition to great quality delivered by his employees and subs -- all due to Gary's hands-on supervision and direction -- his knowledge and experience in building houses all over The Villages for close to 20 years resulted in design and convenience recommendations he made that turned our "tract house" into a "custom house." His "home-builder eyes" find things that improve the quality and value of the property he works on. We're now in the fourth house he's improved for us, and we love the results of his work. In addition to quality, there's no guessing about costs or time schedules with Gary. He researches several options for each element of the job, gives all the competitive quotes to us to judge, and he adds vendor and project details to help us make an informed decision about what to buy and the vendor to supply the product or service. We've been buying and remodeling our homes for 30+ years and 11 houses, and never dealt with anyone better than Gary Malloy. We recommend Malloy Builders without any reservations.

I mean it was so obvious once he pointed it out, but it had not occurred to us. I am getting ready to call him to quote some more work for us. That first experience was really good,
