Due to unforeseen problems with damage under the floor, I kept in touch with Mr Greg to let the team know that repairs needed to be made before the flooring was installed. He was patient and understanding, and he assured me that whenever I was ready to have the job done, just call and they'll schedule the installation. When I was finally able to call for the installation, I was promptly put on the schedule. Mr Juan did an amazing job! He was right on time for his 9am appointment, and I'm very impressed with his attention to detail. The frame around the marble of the fireplace came out beautifully, the new boards line up perfectly with the old wood flooring, and he masterfully avoided any damage to the very thin internet cable that goes through the floor. He literally does it all (replacing toilets, replacing floors, treating the concrete, finding problem areas (mold) and replacing it, identify issues (wrong breakers placed in the house), painting rooms, replacing doors.. you name it and he can do it. What I appreciated the most about him is that he has strong communication, great work ethic and will get the job done no matter how long it takes. We had an issue or two with our ceiling fan after the project was done and he immediately came out to take a look - both at the fan and at the how it was wired (turns out it was the fan).
