What a disappointment, to put all this work, time, and money in to have it ruined in 15 minutes because a 30 second conversation couldn't be bothered to be had.

I needed one large pine tree removed. I contacted several companies that had several reasons why…read morethat couldn't get to it. To busy, not a big enough job, to far away, wrong equipment, all legitimate reasons, I live between Hermosa and Key stone on Highway 40 so its not very convenient especially for a small job like mine. I left a message with these guys and Ashley called me the next day. She said it was out of their territory but had a job coming up later in the summer in that area and they could get it done for me. This conversation was in June. She called me in late July and said they would get it done a couple weeks after the rally when they finished in Hot Springs. That job fell through. She knew a guy that might be able to to the job and would have him get in touch with me. Ashley told me if he didn't call within a couple weeks to call her and they would come down and take care of my tree for me. That is what kind of company that will take care of you, its a two hour drive one way for them. The guy they recommended call me within days and my tree and other slash removed within two weeks. Tree Wise Men made no money off this job but made my day. Don't know to many companies would put that much effort in just to help a person out. Bravo! Doesn't get any better than that.
