And since our lives are sheer chaos, the thought of not having to go and wait or even drive to a tire place REALLY appealed to me. And honestly, it wasn't that much more expensive than going to one of those places. Don't get me wrong, I love my mechanic. But he is REALLY far away and all we needed was new tires. So when I heard Carl would pick up tires, come to my house and the most I had to do was hand over my credit card... sign me up!! I called him and he said he had a little later appointment, but he could make it work. We had a miscommunication about whether I had the tires or not and he came. My dispatch tech was named Kylan. He went above and beyond to help me and explain the parts and needed as well as what everything was for. a trailer lock pin went through my driver's side back tire cracking the indie of my rim, broke one of my tire studs, and left a big whole in my tire.
