Delicious coconut water and coconut smoothie! So yummy!…read more When you come to this farmers market on a Sunday in the middle of the day it is EXTRA hot. I was so happy to run into this place after such a hot day. The people working there were very nice and they were handing out free samples. Honestly after the sample you can't refuse buying the smoothie. They're $5 each for a small size ( I wish the size was a little bit bigger since you go by it very fast ). There's extra topping options (free) either Nutella, cinnamon or condensed milk (yum). I didn't add anything because I didn't want to change the coconut flavor which was delicious by itself. This place got packed so we had to wait a little to pay but it's ok it was worth it. It's a little hole in the wall and don't expect anything fancy. Delicious and worth it on a hot day in soflo! So I found this place at the Y&G Farmers market. Trying to be healthy you know. Who doesn't like…read morecoconut?! I mean, it's delicious and we ARE in South Florida. So it was a typical Miami day, 8000 degrees out and I got some of this Fresh Coco. The owner pours me a cup with a dash of cinnamon. I didn't expect it to taste like unicorn blood! It was amazing! You're asking yourself, "what is it? Why is it amazing?" I don't truly know how to explain it. It's, from what I'm told, several different coconuts milk along with the pulp. Then it's frozen in one of these things, poured, garnished with cinnamon and BOOM! Liquid love. It's sweet, creamy, and refreshing. No other way to describe it. For the simple fact of Fresh Coco, I'll go back to the farmers market. It's a bit of a trek but it's that good! If you go, try it, and can honestly tell me that it's super gross, and not one of the best things you've tasted, heck, I don't know what I'll do but post up and maybe an angel will cry!

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for lunch. We happened to be in the area whenever we…read moreconsulted Yelp for restaurants nearby and The Fresh Squeeze happened to be the top recommendation and nearby. It also seemed like a healthy place which helped to influence us in heading there. The Fresh Squeeze is located in a strip mall and upon entering you have to turn around to look at the menu on their front windows. Besides that there is a cooler for drinks, a place to order and 3 or 4 tables, a 4-top and the rest 2-tops. After looking at the menu I ultimately decided on the Fire Bird which the menu described as Roast Turkey Breast, Provolone Cheese, Smokey Chipotle Aioli, Hot Diced Cherry Peppers on Grilled Ciabatta Bread while my wife went with the pressed pesto. After I had ordered mine he confirmed that I liked things spicy due to the cherry peppers on it and I confirmed that I did. Then while the sandwiches were being made, he engaged me in a nice conversation. Once our food made it to the table, I dug in. It was good as the flavor of turkey and provolone was in the front. Then the chipotle aioli added a nice bit of moisture to the sandwich and the cherry peppers added some good flavor and a little bit of heat to let you know they were there. Finally the ciabatta bread held together well and I was able to easily eat my sandwich without it falling all over the place. My wife also enjoyed her sandwich, especially the pesto and chicken on it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our food here and were happy with our choices.

I paid $12 for a "vegan burrito" and it was basically a salad inside a wrap. It said "garbanzo…read morebeans" and it listed other things so I was hoping it would be filling. First of all, it didn't have that many garbanzo beans. It didn't even have sauce. It was straight up lettuce, onion, maybe 5 garbanzo beans with a little bit of avocado! If you call something a burrito- I expect beans, sauce, and something to make it filling. I came STARVING and I ended up needing to go to Publix next door to get something filling. The wrap was bland. Just save your money and go to Publix instead.
