I called HoldFast in 2022, and they came up and assessed my bat problem. I hired them to do a bat exclusion and seal off entry points. No more bats. This past summer I was staining my log home. As I worked around the cabin, I noticed how thorough their work was. Areas I would never have seen and sealed. These guys are real pros. I hope I never have to call them again, but if necessary, I they will be my first call. Patrick Gleason

Not only did they come spray for the spiders but he also let us know that the Carpenter ants could become issue due to some of the landscaping in our yard. (Two different pesticides are required for ants/spiders) Sure enough within a couple of weeks we started noticing the large ants in our house. My girlfriend called to Bug Master have our house sprayed for them and only is he coming to spray for the ants but he will be doing a follow up spray for the spiders. Bug Master offers a 30 day guarantee if you're not satisfied with the results, which I felt was reassuring. Not only was he very informative and helpful, I feel their guarantee shows that they're willing to stand behind their work and fix any issues should they remain. We would definitely recommend them. Edit: I forgot to add that Gary was the gentleman that came and serviced our house. Nothing but great service.

Which is his right & we were told it was a mom & her son who bought it, we thought bummer but ok we'll give them a try.. We had more funnel webs ( aggressive spiders) the. We had b4 he showed.. He insulted my dog several times bcuz my dog barked at him.. UM are U effin serious? Yeah that's what dogs do.. Called him a mutt a few times.. We asked if solution was poisonous to pets & he said no.. Then went on & on about how our "mutt dog" could drink a gallon of it & wouldn't hurt him at all.. (He spends more time bragging & yackin then spraying) then when we called them back to maybe actually do job he was hired to do he seemed angry (sorry NOT my fault) my husband watched him & he STILL didn't spray .. Also the most common sense places it seems ANY exterminator would just so obviously see he had no clue.. Like wood piles .. My husband said did you spray around wood (our useable wood, we do ALOT of projects & renovations) this kid I believe his name was TJ replied.. Ugh NO.. I didn't spray that cuz the fumes of this "stuff" is toxic when burnt.. My husband said when BURNT? (He NEVER ever asked) this kid says Yah aren't ya gunna burn all that wood? My husband was dumbfounded & I was even angrier .. We miss josh SO much! I'm sorry I don't recommend the son or mom...
