Sawyer, Coleton, and Cody were amazing partners throughout our spring-summer 2026 project. They stand out for their comprehensive, menu-style service model. They provide end-to-end solutions--assessment, sealing/repairs, decontamination, cleaning, and baiting--while taking the time to educate and empower you. We never felt pressured; instead, they gave us the information we needed to choose the exact services that made sense for our budget and property. Beyond their expertise, their customer service is top-notch: Respectful & Accommodating: They treated the property owner with utmost respect and went out of their way to adjust their schedule so they could help us decontaminate and clean a heavily impacted basement. Transparent & Reliable: Scheduling was smooth, communication was clear, and pricing was fair and upfront. We walked away from this experience feeling confident, safe, and fully equipped to maintain a pest-free environment. Massive thanks to Sawyer, Coleton, and Cody for their hard work and professionalism!

Not only did they come spray for the spiders but he also let us know that the Carpenter ants could become issue due to some of the landscaping in our yard. (Two different pesticides are required for ants/spiders) Sure enough within a couple of weeks we started noticing the large ants in our house. My girlfriend called to Bug Master have our house sprayed for them and only is he coming to spray for the ants but he will be doing a follow up spray for the spiders. Bug Master offers a 30 day guarantee if you're not satisfied with the results, which I felt was reassuring. Not only was he very informative and helpful, I feel their guarantee shows that they're willing to stand behind their work and fix any issues should they remain. We would definitely recommend them. Edit: I forgot to add that Gary was the gentleman that came and serviced our house. Nothing but great service.

I moved two carloads of what they originally thought I wanted moved by he kept tacking on "possibilities." They charge to drive to your apt. Then it sounded like time it took was part of the price but it took only 4.5 hrs. the move in was not professional- all boxes were marked and some ended up in the right area where others were just haphazardly placed. At one point they blamed me for "rushing" to try and keep costs down. I was initially quoted $309 for the deposit and then it went up to $390. They blamed it on the one persons dyslexia. Very poor communication and no idea what I ended up paying $890 for. No itemized invoice. They then told me of how much it cost to have PayPal and insurance everything any company has to pay but he wants to make his customers responsible for running his business in my humble opinion. When we arrived, the home was great but the carpet smelled awful, like cigarettes and too much Febreze (we were told the house was smoke-free ). After he heard about my asthma issues, he scheduled an appointment with us the next day, even though he already had a full schedule. Highly recommend Brian if you have small children, allergies, or asthma.
