    Burger King - Classic Wrap

All I am going to say is the people who have been working there lately are slow in every capacity…read more Their attention to detail or literally anything for that matter is minimal. The last time I went there with someone, I ordered two spicy chicken wraps as a meal. The meal clearly states it comes with two wraps, fries and a drink. The person I talked to in the drive through was having trouble with every selection and I was concerned about my order being wrong. They tried to ring everything up as a separate item bringing the total to nearly $40. I was like.. umm I want it to be the meal so I don't have to pay $40 for two sets of everything. Moving on. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and they already don't put them in big cups. Tell me why they thought it was okay to put it in a child's cup when I paid extra for a strawberry lemonade to begin with. They said they ran out of large cups, but I literally saw larger cups through the window. Put the strawberry lemonade in a larger cup lord. They messed up multiple times and just act like they don't care. No accountability gets taken either. I also asked for sauces at the window, honey mustard and bbq. They didn't put them in the bag, because " I didn't order anything that needs sauce". I'm sorry but I like sauce with my fries. So you were just not going to say anything or put any sauce so I would just drive away and not check the bag. If the customer tells you they want something, put it in the bag. Your customer service is terrible, the least you could do is give me a bigger cup and some damn sauces. Acting like it's coming out of your check. The same thing just happened this time and they didn't even give us our second wrap when we asked for a number 8. A meal that literally comes with two wraps. Yall just didn't feel like making the other one. It does not take no 6 minutes to make a tiny chicken wrap. It's giving lazy. I am already sick of how expensive things are becoming so I expect to get what I pay for as does the rest of the earth. Burger King, please invest into making your employees take a written test on basic comprehension and listening skills. I know yall don't care about your jobs, I get that part. Corporations pretty much all suck. But you need to at least do the bare minimum of not taking it out on us. This is as nice as I can be, please don't pmo again.

At the second window, a male assistant manager wearing glasses tossed my order at me, impolitely yelled "sauce is in the bag," and he slammed the window shut. If management behaves this way, what example does it set for employees?

Old school burger joint at its absolute finest!…read more This place has been bookmarked for a good while now. I always seem to forget about it when I travel through New Albany or I will show up and they are closed. It took C driving me here to finally make it in. I like to make stops in NA to visit Sugarees Bakery around the corner. I wrote them a 5 star review a couple weeks ago, but the Mods pulled it because they said I knew her. I hate that. They even pulled down decade old pictures as well. I digress.... But wanted to vent. No one cares. The day we came to eat it was packed inside. They had a big flow of to go orders along with every seat at the bar filled. We got lucky and slid in right as someone was leaving. Score! They seem to know almost everyone that comes in and their normal order. Love that shit! They sell something called a "Dough Burger". It's similar to a "Slug Burger" in the fact that it has stuff in it that cuts the amount of actual meat that is in it. This was a descendant of what poor folks were eating during war times I believe. Now for me, I would rather eat all beef rather than whatever the stuff is they put in there as a substitute. It's a simple place with great burgers. I have only had a burger and fries so I cannot speak to anything else. Now that it's on the radar mentally, I will run around the menu. Inside its lime time stood still and the world did not progress past 1982. This is so great and I am so in love with the whole vibe man. Food is great, god is good, let us thank him for making hamburgers food! They are well seasoned and cooked properly. You can't order by temp, but it's gonna be a juicy burger!! You bet your ass on that!! It has a unique taste to the meat. I think I know, but need to try it again to see if I can guess the spices. Buns are soft and they use the only cheese that should come on a burger, American, of course!! Look out for more pics of delicious foods from here!! Feel free to pick me up a bacon cheeseburger if you stop by without me. '25 - 110/111

We loved that the rib meat practically fell off the bone when picking it up. The ribs were tender and had a great flavor, not too Smokey. I ordered it without the house dry "dust" and enjoyed them with tasting all three BBQ sauces that are conveniently left on the tables. The slaw was super fresh and not overpowered by a lot of creamy sauce, just enough for flavor. The baked beans had a great bbq pork flavor and were fresh and hot. We had a great server. She put the house rib dry "dust" on the side and suggested to sprinkle it on the french fries my husband substituted for the beans; great idea!! The atmosphere has a fun nostalgia flare to the Shack style construction. We will definitely return.

Visited here for dinner on a drive to Memphis last week…read more Located right on the side of US 72 W in the middle of Corinth, it was an easy stop for us. Parking was no problem though it was a little later on a Friday, around 7:45 or 8 P.M. We were seated promptly by an exceptionally warm and pleasant employee. The decor is sort of homey and kitschy, with the awards won by the restaurant proudly on display. The menu is fairly large and full of American favorites like burgers, barbeque, onion rings, and so on. This is technically a bbq place but to me the vibe definitely gives off more a standard American diner/restaurant feel, and my hunch was eventually proven right. My parents both got burgers and split an order of fries; I had the fried chicken strips with fried okra and fries (look...I was on a mini vacation!), and my husband dared to try the smoked half chicken with fries and baked beans. I think I enjoyed my food more than my husband and parents -- hunch confirmed. I'd give my dinner a 4 but they felt a good bit more lukewarm. I had one super dry chicken strip but the rest were fairly juicy, lightly breaded, and flavorful. Meals come with garlic bread and it was really solid -- the real deal, super buttery and garlicky. The okra was great texture-wise though the breading could use a bit more salt. I enjoyed my fries but my parents said theirs were way too greasy. In fairness to them, I think they got a different batch than me, because I could see the sheen of oil on their serving. They did both enjoy their burgers. The ranch dipping sauce I got was good. Husband got the worst thing for sure; the chicken was very dry and not super smoky. I kept my I told you so to myself irl but I won't here, lol. The sweet tea was particularly delicious and they kept the refills coming. Service was overall quite nice and the restaurant, particularly the lady's bathroom, was clean. The four of us ate for about $50, which I didn't think was bad at all. Honestly, I'd give my experience a 4/5, especially considering the somewhat limited options in the area, but my fellow diners' experiences seemed a little flatter. Oh well. It was a serviceable dinner on a road trip.
