Ordered in the app at 2:15 on a Saturday. Told me I couldnt click Im here until 2:35. Wait, finally get the Im here button to work. Waited 10 mins and I finally see my order on the screen at #10. See my name moving up, all the while Im seeing others who arrived after me getting cookies. I also see the person boxing orders call out a name for a 12 pack, that person isnt there, then it happens again. 24 cookies on the counter unclaimed. My name gets to #4 on the screen. Then disappears. Finally at 3:10 Ive decided Ive waited long enough, request the irder be cancelled in the app and leave. Lets see how long it takes to process that. Super disappointed! Ordered curbside pickup. I live an HOUR away.... Get there, the check in button on my phone won't work. I tell a worker and she says "no problem". Wait 15 mins. Ask someone else about my order. The whole time watching people order on the kiosk and walk out with cookies. Ended up calling the store and they say I'm not checked in. They "check me in" wait 45 mins total and just walk out. No apologies. No nothing and a hassle to try to get a refund. read more

Waited for over an hour for a box of cookies AFTER receiving the notification that are cookies were ready . Took off the list after receiving first box for some reason while they worked on second box and then they forgot about our cookies and waited forever to receive second box. 15+ customers waiting obviously upset and aggravated due to terrible service. I don't appreciate how I came in 3 days in a row and they didn't have strawberry shortcake... I and it's not like I come late at night it's been around 4pm every day and they have been out and they just kept saying come again tomorrow until it was Saturday and they couldn't say that anymore because they are closed Sunday and the flavor will be gone Monday read more

When we arrived, they told us someone had already picked up our order. I had placed this for my daughter's 12th birthday and my husband was with me. No one else could have picked it up. How do they allow someone else to pick it up without the proper name or receipt? I also filled out the optional box to have a note put in it for my daughter. That was missing on the replacement, I went back in a second time and they said their printer was broken. Staff was rude, with the exception of one woman. I'm sure other stores are well managed, this is not one of them. Very disappointed. Cookies were also undercooked. read more

The staff in this store were so rude! There was a sign to inform staff if you had a peanut allergy and I did and was blown off and treated very rude. Also, after I ordered all my cookies I was informed they were out of multiple of them and then when asked what I would like instead the staff walked off before I could answer. Overall, the staff were very rude and it was a horrible experience and will never visit this crumbl again read more

This store is nothing like the rest of the Crumbl locations I have visited in the past. They are always out of something or either they tell you that they can make more but just choose not to. Most of the staff here are rude. I placed an order for pickup it told me 3:30-4 when I got there at 3:45 I tried to choose "here" but it wouldn't let me. Told a worker and he said that he would check 15 minutes go by no cookies or nothing. So I told another worker and she stated what was my order because they never received it. Showed her that the money came out of my account and the app stated my order was received. Then she went back to supposedly work on it then 30 minutes went by then she tells me that they are out of two of the cookie options. They only had about 4 options available at the time so I chose 3 of them for my mini 3 pack and a refund for the single cookie. Spent 55 minutes in the store for 3 mini cookies. I should've just got a refund and left in the beginning. I would rather not get Crumbl than visit this location ever again. read more

I usually love Crumbl but lately the cookies have been over cookies or under cooked.

I pulled up to Crumbl and people were waiting outside before they were let in to order. I had cookies for curbside pickup multiple hours in advance. Scheduled pickup for 4:00-4:30. I got there around 4:15 and waited 15 minutes until the end of my time slot, 4:30, and went up to ask about my order. They said I was on the list and need to wait for my order with everyone else (not in my car). I continued to wait 30 more minutes and walked up again. People who had just ordered were getting their cookies before me. At that point I was actually able to step inside the store and waited about 5 more minutes until a worker came up to me only to say they were out of 3 of the 4 cookies I ordered. I ended up just asking for a refund and leaving. Wasted over an hour of my day for this. This is extremely disappointing. They should not offer curbside pickup if 1. They don't bring it out to your car and 2. If they don't even have the cookies you ordered. I will not be back to this location. Horrible communication and all-around organzation read more
