I placed an online order for 2 separate orders of a dozen cookies 30 minutes before I arrived to the location. I walked in and didn't see my order ready nor my name on the wall so I walked up to the counter to ask. Nobody would acknowledge me standing there. After about 5 minutes I finally said excuse me and the workers gave me a dirty look for bothering them. I gave them my name and asked if they had my order yet. They stated no and I asked how much longer it would be and was told a few more minutes. I go to stand on the wall and wait and I overhear somebody talking say they had been waiting 45 minutes. Another 20 minutes went by and I still had not received my order. Somebody finally came up and said it would be another 12 minutes before the order was ready as they had to bake more cookies. I simply asked them to cancel the order and explained I ordered it over an hour before. There was only one girl, packaging boxes, while multiple workers were coming in at the same time. We visited CC after eating at one of a zillion instances at Fulin's Asian next door. Favorite sister loves CC and got a cookie for her and a chocolate chip cookie to go for my husband. I am not a fan of sweet and really never have been, so I cannot personally comment on the cookies. The package is adorable, the store is bright, clean, and well laid out. The cookies are super large, and deep, if that makes sense, maybe thick is a better word. Both sister and the hubs loved their cookies. This is one of the best desserts around town. Somewhat unique, flavorful, good selections, fresh, and something everyone will like. Their cookies are big, and a bit expensive. I'm not sure who eats a whole cookie, though, they are so rich. As you walk in there are a few iPad kiosks to your right that will guide you through your order. We ordered an assorted four-pack of lemon, berry, strawberry, and carrot cake. After a short wait on the bench near the pickup counter, the thin box was ready to go. I took them home and cut each cookie up like a personal pizza. The whole family sampled each one and enjoyed it. These cookies are delicious. The family favorite was lemon. Second was carrot cake. Strawberry third. Berry fourth. They were all eaten, though. No star deductions for this place from me. They have an innovative business end, great product, great service, and they last for a few days if you can't eat they in a day. I almost took one star away for cost, but sometimes you get what you pay for. This, my friends, is one of those times. read more

i really like crumbl this place is very good. i really like the dubai brownie! its very clean and nice inside you can order on some tablets or online and they will deliver or you can do pickup. there cookies are not usually sold out and really good and big. if you do pickup they will make your cookies and then show you the cookies so can make sure there looking good and what you ordered. so service is nice. they have 4 rotating flavors every week and 5 flavors that will always be on the menu. read more

First a one star is way too high. I went to crumble cookie with my friends and we were not being rude nor disrespectful and we were minding our own business. The employees were not very welcoming and my friend bought a cookie but they told us they didn't have it but come to find out from other sources we were lied to and they did have the cookie they just denied us service. If facing target look to your left :) Shop is very clean and new. Beautiful set up with white walls and a tv menu. You're able to mobile order and pick up in store, order in person or order from the tablets in the wall. Cookies: Cornbread cookie - hard pass. It had a low cornbread taste and had a whipped cream with some type of butter on top. The flavor sounds super interesting but I'd skip this one. Chocolate chip cookie - super delicious. Can't stress enough how good this cookie is. Very dense and big portion. Reese's cookie - still need to try it. Will update! Vanilla cookie - in progress shall update! Cute cookie shop! I started following Crumbl on Instagram about a month or two ago after stumbling across their page. When I heard Huntsville was getting a Crumbl, I was super excited. I happened to come home to AL for my youngest daughter's 1st birthday party, and stopping by Crumbl was a must. I'm super happy I did. Their shop is simple but cute. It looks very clean and the concept and floor layout is very open. I loved this. The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the girl taking my order was talking very low with her mask on so I couldn't hear. I kept saying I couldn't hear her. While she was nice I feel it's important that the person working the cash register speak loudly and clearly. There was also a line and because I couldn't hardly hear her, I felt I was holding up the line asking questions and repeating that I couldn't hear her. The cookies were pretty good, thick and soft. The size was good and the price point was decent. For four cookies I paid something like $11.75 and gave a 15% tip. What I like about their concept is they have a few cookies that are regulars and the rest change weekly. The cookies I ordered were Chocolate Chip, Frosted Sugar, Samoa, and Dulce de Leche. They all had a good homemade flavor and tasted like what they are called. I don't have any complaints about the taste, size or look of the cookies. They were also the perfect consistency of soft and chewy. Overall, I was so happy to finally give Crumbl a try. After tasting their cookies, I'd certainly come back whenever I'm home to try different flavors. read more

Eating a fresh warm red velvet cookie from here was amazing. Don't let the other reviews about price deter you. You can get a cheap box of cookies from anywhere if that's what you want. If you want an experience. If you want a dessert that's made fresh with quality ingredients then come to Crumbl. I will choose quality over price any day. For anyone that has a sweet tooth, this place has all of the answers! This was my first time coming here and the only thing that I didn't like was the lack of communication from the staff. They all seemed so busy, so I stood at the counter for a hot minute until someone finally acknowledged me and explained to me that I had to place my order using the tablets, because I legit did not know the only way to order was through the tablets. But the cookies were so good, and extremely fresh! And despite me becoming frustrated with the staff, I will still visit here again because the cookies were good and at least now I know for next time how to order. read more

Very clean and super cute inside, also kind of small but that's ok. Unfortunately they don't have many things to offer or many different options of what to get. They were out of ice cream sadly. And I really wish they would offer their "mini" cookies instead of advertising them just for catering orders.. I ordered a box which comes with 4 large cookies for around $11. The chocolate chip and nutter butter were both warm, sugar cookie and twix were chilled. The experience was awesome, worth the drive and the price. First things first, is there a candle that smells like crumbl cookies because Omgoodness the smells in this cookie shop are amazing. This was my first time trying out a cookie bar type of restaurant. When we arrived we placed our order on their iPad. From what I can tell you don't actually ever come in contact with the cookie chefs. The concept is easy + the cookies are amazing. Now I would say if your a dessert lover give it a try. I wish there was a 2 pack option (they have 1, 4, 6 + 12 cookie combos) because te flavors were very indulgent and I ended wasting 2 of my cookies. It smells like cookie heaven the second you walk in, and the taste lives up to expectations. The cookies are large, moist, decadent, with unique and delicious flavors to choose from. I have been here two nights in a row, ordered curbside and would get here and they would inform me they are sold out of everything. I saw about 25 customers within an hour go inside and try to order and they were "sold out". Keep in mind it only showed two cookies that they were "sold out" of online and on the sign inside. This place is surprising. Changing selection of cookies, but interesting flavors that just frankly work. Had the pumpkin pie which was awesome. Essentially a sugar cookie base with pumpkin pie on top of it. Fantastic white chocolate cranberry cookie. And lastly the cheese cake cookie which was similar in design to the pumpkin pie. Very yummy from a guy who doesn't usually do deserts or cookie for that matter. When I back, I will favor the more non traditional ones such as the cheesecake or the pumpkin pie. Stopped by today to try out a new dessert option since I was nearby and I was itching to try somewhere new that doesn't require me to be inside with other people for more than a few minutes. For what it's worth, they'll bring your order out to your car if you feel safest that way -- I opted to pop inside for just a couple of minutes to check out my options and get a feel for the place. All the employees inside were wearing masks properly and had on gloves. Hand sanitizer was stationed by the iPad, where you can pay with card. Overall, they're doing a great job with Covid precautions, and I appreciate that. Crumbl's store is a small place but it's attractively decorated: clean, modern, with splashes of pink and pristine white. The shop itself seemed very clean. The staff didn't make me feel especially welcome, but they were ready to serve me as soon as I walked up to the register. They did their job efficiently and were polite, so no real complaints there. For those who may not have checked out their website before coming by, they have two mainstays: chocolate chip and frosted sugar cookies. Otherwise, they offer a new, rotating set of flavors each week, announced on Sundays as of this writing. The sugar cookies are served chilled, but most other selections seem to be served warm, often frosted/toppings drizzled on as you order them. What's a little confusing is it's hard to tell what cookies or ice creams are available when you walk into the shop. I recommend checking out what your options are online, because there's no sign or menu board in an easily viewable location. The available cookies are displayed behind glass at the counter, but it's a little hard to see unless no one else is in the store, and I didn't see any labeling of ice cream -- if I hadn't gone online, I likely wouldn't have even known they'd had it. Luckily, I did go online. I originally thought about getting a cookie, but the caloric sticker shock as posted on their website honestly dissuaded me from that notion. I opted for ice cream -- something I can eat a little bit of over the next few days. Spread those calories around, haha. ;) I picked a pint of "buckeye brownie." It's a little expensive, but it would be worth it if I wound up really liking it. Unfortunately...I didn't. It's a chocolate ice cream. It definitely has brownie bits. I haven't discovered any buckeye bits yet, but I only had room for a few mouthfuls after lunch, so they may be in there somewhere. It's got a pretty luscious, creamy texture. That's nice. Pretty good ratio of brownie bits to ice cream so far. Unfortunately, it's just not super flavorful. It's very unusual for me to say a dessert isn't sweet enough, but this one isn't. Again, great texture, but it's mostly a textural experience -- it sort of tastes like ice cream made of hot chocolate mixed with water instead of milk. Not gross, definitely drinkable in a pinch, but something is missing and the experience is a bit of a bummer. I'd come back to try a cookie sometime; it did smell delicious in there -- but I'd skip the ice cream next round, and bring a friend to share the treat. I'll update if I do get a chance to try out a cookie and it changes my opinion for better or for worse. For now: meh. read more

I ordered a Key Lime cookie today and showed up at the pick up time an hour later and was told it was sold out. They offered to sub a different cookie, which is a terrible solution since they upcharge $2 for the Key Lime. Why would l want a regular cookie for $2 extra?? Left with no cookie and hopefully the refund goes through (it has not yet). read more

We visited Crumbl on opening weekend. The inside of the store was clean with trendy decor. There was very limited cookie selection as half of them were "sold out" for the day. The Chocolate Chip cookie was good: served warm but a little undercooked. The Cookies & Cream cookie had Oreo pieces on top but the cookie itself didn't have much flavor. The Churro ice cream was probably the best thing I had there. They use Square for their POS but do not accept ApplePay.
