This is one of the best desserts around town. Somewhat unique, flavorful, good selections, fresh, and something everyone will like. Their cookies are big, and a bit expensive. I'm not sure who eats a whole cookie, though, they are so rich. As you walk in there are a few iPad kiosks to your right that will guide you through your order. We ordered an assorted four-pack of lemon, berry, strawberry, and carrot cake. After a short wait on the bench near the pickup counter, the thin box was ready to go. I took them home and cut each cookie up like a personal pizza. The whole family sampled each one and enjoyed it. These cookies are delicious. The family favorite was lemon. Second was carrot cake. Strawberry third. Berry fourth. They were all eaten, though. No star deductions for this place from me. They have an innovative business end, great product, great service, and they last for a few days if you can't eat they in a day. I almost took one star away for cost, but sometimes you get what you pay for. This, my friends, is one of those times.

A new cookie place that smells like sugar heaven. Several common flavors and everything is baked onsite. A little pricey, but delicious. They had a huge crowd for their opening day. The cookies are large, moist, and thick. My favorite cookie so far is the cookies and cream cookie. This is Cookie Monster heaven.

First a one star is way too high. I went to crumble cookie with my friends and we were not being rude nor disrespectful and we were minding our own business. The employees were not very welcoming and my friend bought a cookie but they told us they didn't have it but come to find out from other sources we were lied to and they did have the cookie they just denied us service. We did make a tik tok strictly for advertisement reasons and crumble cookies official page liked, commented, and reposted! I will never be returning and cookie fix will receive my business instead!

LETS CUT TO THE CHASE. I came in after the huge trend on these cookies. Let's blow some cash on gourmet cookies and get to the deets.... Ready, set, COOKIE! Location: same as plaza and target. If facing target look to your left :) Shop is very clean and new. Beautiful set up with white walls and a tv menu. You're able to mobile order and pick up in store, order in person or order from the tablets in the wall. Cookies: Cornbread cookie - hard pass. It had a low cornbread taste and had a whipped cream with some type of butter on top. The flavor sounds super interesting but I'd skip this one. Chocolate chip cookie - super delicious. Can't stress enough how good this cookie is. Very dense and big portion. Reese's cookie - still need to try it. Will update! Vanilla cookie - in progress shall update! Parking: free parking in the lot. Make sure to turn off your headlights! Pricing: it's $3.83 for a cookie which is fair in my opinion. I'll come back for that chocolate chip cookie YUM

Cute cookie shop! I started following Crumbl on Instagram about a month or two ago after stumbling across their page. When I heard Huntsville was getting a Crumbl, I was super excited. I happened to come home to AL for my youngest daughter's 1st birthday party, and stopping by Crumbl was a must. I'm super happy I did. Their shop is simple but cute. It looks very clean and the concept and floor layout is very open. I loved this. The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the girl taking my order was talking very low with her mask on so I couldn't hear. I kept saying I couldn't hear her. While she was nice I feel it's important that the person working the cash register speak loudly and clearly. There was also a line and because I couldn't hardly hear her, I felt I was holding up the line asking questions and repeating that I couldn't hear her. The cookies were pretty good, thick and soft. The size was good and the price point was decent. For four cookies I paid something like $11.75 and gave a 15% tip. What I like about their concept is they have a few cookies that are regulars and the rest change weekly. The cookies I ordered were Chocolate Chip, Frosted Sugar, Samoa, and Dulce de Leche. They all had a good homemade flavor and tasted like what they are called. I don't have any complaints about the taste, size or look of the cookies. They were also the perfect consistency of soft and chewy. Overall, I was so happy to finally give Crumbl a try. After tasting their cookies, I'd certainly come back whenever I'm home to try different flavors.

Clean and their staff was all masked. It's not hard to pick which cookie you want. They have them in front of you and on a screen.

Eating a fresh warm red velvet cookie from here was amazing. Don't let the other reviews about price deter you. You can get a cheap box of cookies from anywhere if that's what you want. If you want an experience. If you want a dessert that's made fresh with quality ingredients then come to Crumbl. I will choose quality over price any day. Maybe it was due to COVID but I only hesitate coming back because I didn't have a spot to sit with my girls to enjoy them fresh. More tables please! Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Cookies were delish.

For anyone that has a sweet tooth, this place has all of the answers! This was my first time coming here and the only thing that I didn't like was the lack of communication from the staff. They all seemed so busy, so I stood at the counter for a hot minute until someone finally acknowledged me and explained to me that I had to place my order using the tablets, because I legit did not know the only way to order was through the tablets. But the cookies were so good, and extremely fresh! And despite me becoming frustrated with the staff, I will still visit here again because the cookies were good and at least now I know for next time how to order.

nutter butter, sugar cookie, twix (half eaten, missing the chocolate chip which was the best)

Very clean and super cute inside, also kind of small but that's ok. Unfortunately they don't have many things to offer or many different options of what to get. They were out of ice cream sadly. And I really wish they would offer their "mini" cookies instead of advertising them just for catering orders.. I ordered a box which comes with 4 large cookies for around $11. The chocolate chip and nutter butter were both warm, sugar cookie and twix were chilled. The experience was awesome, worth the drive and the price. But the cookies don't have a super sweet taste like I expected and hoped for. Overall, pretty good.

    Cute packaging

It smells like cookie heaven the second you walk in, and the taste lives up to expectations. The cookies are large, moist, decadent, with unique and delicious flavors to choose from. There are even some less sweet options to choose from for those that don't have as much of a sweet tooth. There are flavor options always available and many rotational/seasonal flavors. Haven't had a disappointing cookie yet!

It's worth noting that there doesn't appear to be any seating indoors or out. I'd guess that their most direct competitor would be Crumbl, so a few things worth noting for comparison: pricing of these cookies is cheaper than Crumbl at around $3 each, but they are also much smaller than Crumbl cookies despite having a thick center. The Cookie Fix cookies didn't seem overly sweet in the off-putting way that some find Crumbl's to be, which is great. Both cookies we tried were soft, fresh, and warm with great notes of cinnamon, coconut, oats, and walnuts. The Coffee Toffee didn't really have much of a coffee taste in my opinion, but it had a gooey, chocolatey center that was delicious. Overall would recommend for an occasional treat, just know that you'll be looking at $3ish per cookie!

Only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1 -- it's possible the ice cream is good, but I sure didn't get to try it. Located off the main drag of highway in Madison, this is a small chain offering rolled ice cream, milkshakes, cookies, and liege waffles with decadent toppings. It's been here a little while and so I thought I'd stop by for an afternoon treat while waiting to attend an event nearby. I entered into the smallish, narrow space and was immediately struck by how...dead it felt. There was one other customer (or perhaps an owner/manager, though if it was, that's kind of disappointing given my experience). It was kind of dark inside and it smelled weird -- not noxious or anything but a little musty and certainly not a yummy, sweet, ice cream, cookie, or waffle scent like you might expect. I wasn't greeted but I wandered up to the register where an employee was listlessly -- and I mean LISTLESSLY - pushing around a few sad ice cream rolls. Every other time I've watched ice cream get rolled the worker has almost been like a hibachi chef, rapidly cutting, dicing, rolling, and flipping. This reminded me of picking a scab. I said hello; I don't remember if the young female employee said anything back, she might've muttered an acknowledgement but it definitely wasn't a warm welcome. Having never been here before, I was a little unclear on the process (eg, what are mix-ins vs toppings; what's available; are there pre-made creations, etc), but she never offered to answer any questions or render assistance, even as I stood for several minutes gazing up at the menu. All I heard from her for a while - as she continued to listlessly scrape the ice cream around - were several very loud, gnarly-sounding sniffles. They were bad enough that I started to feel concerned she was sick. These concerns were further worsened by the fact she wasn't wearing gloves. While that thought flickered through my mind, I abruptly heard her say, "I'm sorry." I assumed she was talking to me since I'd been waiting for a while, and so I reflexively said, "You're fine!" I quickly realized she wasn't speaking to me at all and was instead having a conversation on the phone through the headphones she was wearing. Nice. This went on for another minute or two -- it was a fairly personal conversation and she seemed to be consoling someone on the other end -- and I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle and frustration. Y'all know I try my best to be very forgiving of service and such but this was a bridge too far for me. I had read reviews prior to coming here about service being bad and I thought surely people were overreacting or being entitled but now I don't think so. Perhaps the product is good, but you'll be hard-pressed to sell much of it if employees aren't even willing to make it for customers.

This dessert shop is located in a sort of inauspicious looking shopping mall in Madison. It's right next door to Just Love Coffee and a storefront that says it's about to become "Dogtopia." The parking lot is very long and fairly wide; no troubles there. I arrived right after they opened and it was spotless and had that nice, bright, clean scent I associate with freshly mopped floors. I understand it's sometimes annoying to have a customer come in on the early side of opening, but a staff member came out and served me politely. I explained I'd never visited before and she gave me a brief run down of what kind of treat I could build. They have Italian ice, soft serve, and then what they call gelati -- not to be confused as the plural of gelato; this means a mixture of both Italian ice AND soft serve. This seems to be their signature thing. You can build your own gelati by selecting flavors and toppings, or pick from a curated menu of popular combinations. I chose the latter, since it was less intimidating, lol. If I remember correctly, what I got was called an Oreo mud pie. It had cookies and cream Italian ice, vanilla and chocolate swirled soft serve, and crumbled Oreo pieces layered in. I got the smallest size serving and thought the price was reasonable and the serving size satisfying. Overall, I enjoyed this dessert. I definitely liked the soft serve more than the Italian ice, but that doesn't really surprise me; I usually prefer creamier treats. The soft serve was smooth and had a distinct vanilla flavor. The Italian ice was okay; oddly, it had a peculiar minty taste to it, in addition to the faintly chocolatey, faintly creamy cookies and cream vibe. Perhaps it was made in the same machine as a different, minty flavor? Not really sure what caused it, but I didn't dislike it. I appreciated that the staff member asked while I was eating if I was happy with what I got. This seems like a sweet place to bring kids and family members for a unique dessert. Give it a try sometime.
