Melts perfectly in your mouth. My family & I stick to the mother of cookies, which is chocolate chip, but I've also tried their tres leches and that's absolutely divine. My sister has told me about Crumbl which has supposedly popped up during the pandemic? While visiting a nearby cafe, we decided to finally experience the Crumbl cookie! We ordered a Mini 3-Pack (top to bottom): triple chocolate chip cookie, semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie, Peanut Butter Cup Skillet Cookie ft. REESE'S The mini cookies had a radius of about 1.5 in. It was smaller than we expected, and noticeably smaller than the larger cookies with about 2.25 in radius! However, these cookies proved to be incredibly rich. They are indeed a sweet treat meant to be eaten for celebratory occasions. The packaging is very cute! You'll see how the cookies are made inside. Service was quick and kind. I appreciate the ability to self-order! We may come again for one of the large cookies. I think it is a great place to try cookies if you really love them!! I only took out one star due to the price of the cookies. Much more expensive than I'd like - but nowadays especially when compared to boba, it may as well be somewhat reasonable. Popped into CRUMBL tonight after pizza and the gal working tonight on march 11 was so sweet and personable. VeryCustomer Service oriented. I'm writing this because I've always thought Crumbl cookies were a bit too sweet but tonight we got the skillet chocolate chip cookie and it was the best I've ever had. Mildly sweet without being too sweet. The cookie was crunchy on the outside like chips ahoy with a chew on the inside like Mrs. Fields. I've ordered from this location at least twice and selected curbside pickup. Both times, they mark the order as complete and never bring out the cookies. Last time, they claimed that they were about to bring it out and just couldn't find the car despite no one having gone outside to look. I decided to order there again today because it's the closest location to work and thought that maybe it was a one-time incident. When I went to pick up the cookies and checked in, the order was, again, immediately marked as complete. I waited in the car for about 5 minutes before deciding to go inside. This time, it was clear they had no intention of bringing my order out. I'm not sure why curbside pickup is an option for this store on the app since, clearly, it's not a choice that's actually abided by. Polite, well-trained, genuinely helpful. They walked me through the ordering process without making me feel like an out-of-touch idiot, which I appreciated. There was a steady line, people picking up pre-orders, and a couple of kids sitting on the curb tearing into a four-pack like it was the best thing they'd ever eaten. This business is working--a testament, I'm sure, to the blood, sweat, and ambition of whoever started it. And I respect that. But then there's the product. And here's where it all falls apart. What I expected was a great cookie. What I got was a colorful sugar bomb with the texture of something halfway between cake and Play-Doh. A quick Google search confirmed my suspicions--one of these things has more sugar than a couple of Snickers bars. Maybe it's an age thing, maybe it's a taste thing, but to me, this isn't a cookie. It's a gimmick. So here's the dilemma: Five stars for the business, one star for the product. They've nailed everything except the thing that matters most. I hope it works out for them--I really do. Every time I go in, I noticed how dirty the front end is. if I was manager, I would have morning crew mop, clean every corner of the floor, counter, front of the counter, register, windows and doors etc., and closing crew the same procedure. Should have at least 30 min after closing just for cleaning. If you look at any restaurant or business, they all have a morning, cleaning and evening cleaning procedures if it needs it or not. I placed an order of 250 cookies for a corporate Earth Day Event a week in advance and upon pick up was very disappointed with the quality of the cookies. The cookies had variations in size and half of the cookies just looked messy. There appeared to be no quality control on this $1200 order. Every box I checked prior to loading them in my car was as bad as the previous. The cookies looked homemade in the worst sense. In addition the cookies tasted doughy, there was no pick up parking in front of the store and no offer to assist in bringing the enormous boxes to my vehicle. The Manager explained the poor quality referring to the ones she made as good and corporate staffing challenges. She offered to let me take half, which would have left me short or a mere 10% refund (basically the tip back) after she noted my frustration, but I would have preferred quality products and service. read more

Time for the owner to come visit the business to see how this place is terribly run. This was on a 5/24 Friday at 8:15pm. 2 female teenagers were there but weren't really. They both had NO interest is being there. By the way the place looked from filthy floors both in front and in the back area to the dirty mixing machines with dried dough (a sign they haven't been cleaned for a long time. Not an environment I will return to or feel safe the product isn't going to give me and my family food poison. 2 of the 6 cookies weren't available.
