I've been to this Crumbl Cookie location a few different times. On this visit, I stopped in on Saturday, February 7, before 4 PM because I wanted to try one of their specialty cookies before the new weekly lineup comes out. When I walked in, I was greeted almost immediately. The young gentleman working was friendly, helped package my order, showed me the cookies, and got me on my way quickly. While the service was great, I did notice that the Reese's peanut butter cup brownie cookie didn't have as many Reese's pieces as advertised on Crumbl's website. That part was a little disappointing--especially since this specialty cookie costs an additional $1.50 on top of the already $6 price. For that price, it would be nice to see the candy pieces fully covering the brownie rather than just two or three pieces. Overall, the experience was good, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I just hope the specialty cookies are topped more generously in the future to better match what's advertised. read more

Diabetes bombs, but oh so good! Their cookies are great for family gatherings and potlucks. Our family cuts them in quarters because of how sweet they are. A little goes a long way. I've never eaten a whole cookie by myself. Try their staple chocolate chip or cornbread cookie when available. read more

A cookie specialty place. Good selection of treats but oddly enough there was no coffee to be ordered. A little pricey, but consider it a treat for occasional visits. read more

I love that crumbl always has new flavors of cookies to try out. Since they are soo sweet we only crave them and splurge every so often. We ordered a 4 Count, we ordered 2 Brownie Batter Cookies, 1 Chocolate Chunk Cookie and an Easter Sugar Cookie. But instead of the Easter Sugar Cookie they gave a different M&M cookie and when we went back to exchange it they refused to let us in the store or answer the phone calls. Instead they just gave us a bad attitude and ignored us. Never coming here again read more

What's the point of this location? Each time we go, they are either "out" of a specific cookie or as the girl at the front says "done for the day with cooking them". Mind you, this will be the middle of an afternoon around 1pm. The rare times we have gone and they actually have cookies, they're usually dry and clearly not fresh. I've had to return a cookie once because they prepared it wrong from how it was supposed to be. It's unfortunate that this is the closest location to us, but not worth it. Please figure out better management crumbl. read more

Pretty good I just want the rewards crumbl offers to earn a free item and this is one of the conditions.

Cookies are great, but was greeted poorly, no smile, very rude, had an offer up in the window late in the afternoon that was no longer available, false advertising, took down the sign myself after asking why it wasn't taken down all day, no responsibility. read more

Just curious why I didn't receive a response after sending an email per your request? Empty promises just as the service was delivered along with the presentation and taste of the $5 plus cookies purchased. Please follow through with your word and respond read more

Don't waste your money because it's not worth it. They falsely advertise and then tell you that they're only allowed to put certain amounts on the cookies when you ask for it to look like the advertisement you see online everywhere. You're better off buying ingredients from the store yourself and making it at home. Which is what I will be doing in the future. You can literally count the number of berries. Why offered this flavor if you can't afford to make it? read more

I had a really great experience with some delicious cookies, but there's a little backstory that I want to share. I heard that you get a free birthday cookie when it's your special day, and honestly, I was looking forward to that treat. On my birthday, I walked in excitedly to claim my cookie, but things took a bit of a turn. The first employee I spoke with didn't seem to understand English very well, so she called over another lady to help. This woman, was a little snappy with me, started explaining that there were specific criteria related to color to get the birthday reward. It felt a bit confusing to me. Nonetheless, I know the cookies are quite pricey, but they're absolutely worth it! Interestingly, when my sister went for her birthday, she was given a free cookie without any hassle. She had the same app details as I did, so it left me wondering what happened in my case. read more

not the best customer service but good cookies! I'll be back again for some more, always love a good Crumbl cookie!

Obviously this is amazing. I think in this I got the regular chocolate chip cookie as well as the pumpkin cream cheese thing. Chefs kiss.. or should I say bakers kiss ;) read more

First time here at this location. Cookies are not cheap, let's start with that, but they usually are good so I figure why not splurge. I order cookies for delivery, and I received them, with what looks like a bite taken out of one of the cookies! What?! At first, I thought it was delivery but, I remember that the sticker wasn't tampered with at all... I called to let them know, they sort of laughed it off, I don't even know who I spoke too, a woman. But, she told me I had to come in today to get my refund for a cookie or whatever. I can't come in today. These cookies are $18. lol, I can't believe this I feel like they should have some tact cause my goodness! So upsetting. Keep in mind when you get delivery, they might help themselves before packing your box! read more

I don't normally post a poor review but today is the day. Customer service just wasn't applied today, I have been to this location over a dozen times. Today I paid in cash and asked if I can apply my phone number for my rewards and she said no. Also she asked how the cookies look and when I said ok, she acted insulted, don't ask the question if you want an honest answer, the cookies didn't look as pretty as the samples. read more

I ordered a 12 pack of mini cookies and paid almost $50 for it to be delivered for it to be delivered wrong! They didn't even call me or let me know they didn't have the cookies I requested and added cookies I didn't even order originally! And when I tried to call at 9:20 it said the store is closed even though they close at 10! Terrible experience and not what I wanted! read more

Did care for the service from the staff. When I had questions she completely turned her back on me and did someone else's order

Service at Crumbl never fails!! Flavors may be a hit or miss at times but it's always great to try new things!

Delicious and fun - highly recommend. Great as a delivered gift or surprise for others.

Always a good idea- great selection- changes daily- all of them are DELICIOUS. You always have room for Crumbl cookies

Really great product! Really good quality! Look forward to the new cookie and cake options every week!

Went to pick up online order. They were pretty busy at the time. The guy helping with online orders was quick and helpful.

This is counter service, gourmet cookies. They cookies are yummy but very pricey so we only go for special occasions. Was quite disappointed in todays service the guy working the counter was not friendly, not enthusiastic and appeared irritated by our questions. We don't know why as we were the only customers at the time, so not like we were holding up the line. This is a order and go establishment no where to sit. I was super disappointed when I ordered 6 cookies, 23.95 btw and asked that only 4 be boxed and we would eat the other 2. He then proceeded to box the 4 and then pull individual boxes, I said we would just eat. He told me he had to box and then on top of it charged me for the 2 individual boxes. What a waste, plus he used a smaller box, boxing 4 as opposed to all 6. The additional charge did infuriate me as it was completely unnecessary. Super disappointed in this staff member and concept would be great if someplace to sit and enjoy. Next time I'll try another location to see if this is same at other locations read more

Customer service skills need improvement as well as cookie assembly. I try to avoid this location.

love this location it's so clean and everyone is super nice. I've always gotten the best service

If I could give zero stars I would, Gabby the one with blonde hair in the picture was very rude and disrespectful, has us waiting in line for over 40 minutes and they were only making mobile orders, when I asked nicely if she could take mine she said to just order online then proceeded to mimic me and make fun of me to her coworkers read more

I am so glad they opened a branch here! They have very moist cookies and they take it to a different approach by providing different flavors every Monday! So far, I have tried the oatmeal cookie. They are also open until midnight to serve people's midnight cookie cravings. read more

The sweat aroma hits your nose as soon as you open the door. The bakery was bright and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The cookies are a generous portion each. We didn't get to try the chocolate chip cookie because they were sold out, but the sugar cookie, funfetti, banana bread, and biscoff were each so good! The cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'm definitely a fan! read more
