I've been to this Crumbl Cookie location a few different times. On this visit, I stopped in on Saturday, February 7, before 4 PM because I wanted to try one of their specialty cookies before the new weekly lineup comes out. When I walked in, I was greeted almost immediately. The young gentleman working was friendly, helped package my order, showed me the cookies, and got me on my way quickly. While the service was great, I did notice that the Reese's peanut butter cup brownie cookie didn't have as many Reese's pieces as advertised on Crumbl's website. That part was a little disappointing--especially since this specialty cookie costs an additional $1.50 on top of the already $6 price. For that price, it would be nice to see the candy pieces fully covering the brownie rather than just two or three pieces. Overall, the experience was good, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I just hope the specialty cookies are topped more generously in the future to better match what's advertised. read more

Diabetes bombs, but oh so good! Their cookies are great for family gatherings and potlucks. Our family cuts them in quarters because of how sweet they are. A little goes a long way. I wanted to update my review as I was here a bit ago and had a not so good experience but I was in yesterday and the staff and everyone was super helpful and very nice , I ended up getting the Easter week specials tres leches cakes and carrot cakes both were amazing and would definitely get them again . But instead of the Easter Sugar Cookie they gave a different M&M cookie and when we went back to exchange it they refused to let us in the store or answer the phone calls. What's the point of this location? Each time we go, they are either "out" of a specific cookie or as the girl at the front says "done for the day with cooking them". Mind you, this will be the middle of an afternoon around 1pm. The rare times we have gone and they actually have cookies, they're usually dry and clearly not fresh. I've had to return a cookie once because they prepared it wrong from how it was supposed to be. It's unfortunate that this is the closest location to us, but not worth it. I had a really great experience with some delicious cookies, but there's a little backstory that I want to share. I heard that you get a free birthday cookie when it's your special day, and honestly, I was looking forward to that treat. On my birthday, I walked in excitedly to claim my cookie, but things took a bit of a turn. The first employee I spoke with didn't seem to understand English very well, so she called over another lady to help. This woman, was a little snappy with me, started explaining that there were specific criteria related to color to get the birthday reward. It felt a bit confusing to me. Don't waste your money because it's not worth it. They falsely advertise and then tell you that they're only allowed to put certain amounts on the cookies when you ask for it to look like the advertisement you see online everywhere. First time here at this location. Cookies are not cheap, let's start with that, but they usually are good so I figure why not splurge. I order cookies for delivery, and I received them, with what looks like a bite taken out of one of the cookies! What?! This is counter service, gourmet cookies. They cookies are yummy but very pricey so we only go for special occasions. Was quite disappointed in todays service the guy working the counter was not friendly, not enthusiastic and appeared irritated by our questions. We don't know why as we were the only customers at the time, so not like we were holding up the line. This is a order and go establishment no where to sit. I was super disappointed when I ordered 6 cookies, 23.95 btw and asked that only 4 be boxed and we would eat the other 2. He then proceeded to box the 4 and then pull individual boxes, I said we would just eat. He told me he had to box and then on top of it charged me for the 2 individual boxes. What a waste, plus he used a smaller box, boxing 4 as opposed to all 6. The additional charge did infuriate me as it was completely unnecessary. Super disappointed in this staff member and concept would be great if someplace to sit and enjoy. Next time I'll try another location to see if this is same at other locations read more

Today I paid in cash and asked if I can apply my phone number for my rewards and she said no.
