Service was poor. When you go in to pick up your order at a scheduled time and they serve everyone else when you get there and you have to wait 15 to get your order that's a problem. You had no problem taking my money in two seconds. read more

Great cookies and great desserts and good service too.they were very nice and welcoming cool place to.

They gave us the wrong cookie! I wanted S'mores Brownie but they gave me regular chocolate chip. They didn't show me before they gave them to me. Unfortunately, I didn't know until I came home. read more

I've never been the biggest fan of Crumbl cookies, mainly because in my opinion they are far too sweet. However, their lineup two weeks ago blew me away! The caramel cheesecake cookie is now my new favorite. It was not too sweet at all, I was actually able to eat the whole thing! I ordered through doordash so I can't really speak on anything else (location, customer service, etc.). read more

Welcoming staff members and a new variety of delicious cookies every week! What's not to like?

Cookies are delicious, creative, and fun. I would recommend ordering online if you can. It helps if you are tight on time. Ordering ahead you are in and out. Service was polite and efficient. The ambiance of the cookie shop is very cute. 10/10 recommend! read more

Stop by this small shop on our way home after Costco. Pretty self explanatory when you walk in. Has computer monitors on the side to order cookies you want. Gives you a receipt and you wait for them to call your number/ name. Team members are friendly and informational. I was not aware they change their flavors I believe they said weekly! Cookies are pricy but they are big! read more

Was in Cordelia/Fairfield having lunch at Sushi King. Saw the store Crumbl, cookies looked good, so thought I'd try some. I was the only customer there, asked for a sample to see if they were good, and worth the $3.99 for a small cookie. Was told no free samples.......that surprised me. I remember when Mrs Fields opened up, they were always giving free samples. I can get free tastes at a Baskins Robbins ice cream store. alse free samples at the deli....in fact most places offer free samples. So why not Crumbl? Needless to say I walked out - I can buy cookies almost anywhere.....much cheaper and probably better..... Makes you wonder - why were they afraid to offer samples? The cookies that bad? read more

They have a really good cookie selection. And they have good customer service every time I go there.

Ordered catering and exceeded expectations! Loved my cookies and so did my gathering!

While the cookies are great and def recommended, it's unfortunate that the store is soooo dirty. While standing in the waiting area, I couldn't help but notice how dirty and sticky the floors and walls area. Someone needs to clean this place. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the cookies are here. When you walk in you are promptly greeted by the staff. The store is clean and cool, which is nice during the summer months. I'm never in the store long because my order is always prepared super quick. The cookies actually look like the pictures too. I will keep coming back! Highly recommended. read more

Chocolate chip cookie is sooooo good! I look forward to the warm, soft and sweet milk chocolate.

This is the location closest to where I live and that is dangerous! I've ordered through and app and walked in to order neither time did I have much of a wait if at all. The service has been excellent each time. I have no idea how the employees are able to work there id have no self control (i love cookie dough). The cookies that I've gotten the times i have gone have been spot on including the chocolate chip that's always in the rotation. Time to accept I'll just never be skinny again. The cookies and cream this week (March 14) was BOMB. read more

Every week I have another favorite cookie! I appreciate the staff for their friendly service. They take time to prepare orders correctly.

If you've ever been to a crumbl cookies then you know how it goes. Pricy cookies that at times aren't "all that" but sometimes worth the hassle. It's pretty hit or miss with this chain. Love that they change it up with their cookies but sometimes I wish they kept a certain flavor. Pretty cool they keep expanding also. I'll always visit a crumbl when I've got that gourmet cookie craving. read more

Location is small, but i usually use it for pick up service. Never had any issues at this location. Staff is always nice.

Love! Best location ever! Fresh cookies and always friendly staff. Clean store and timely

Honestly this is my first time coming to crumbl and was super disappointing. I'm a graveyard worker, and came with one of my friends after work around 9:24. It looks like they haven't cleaned the place in MONTHS-YEAR! It really felt unsanitary and left me wondering if that's how they keep most of their baking utensils as well. The cookies looked good but made me lose my appetite because of how dirty everything was. Also it looked the garbage wasn't taken out the night before, because how is it already full after 30 minutes of being open? read more

Cookies have been great! The lobby is DIRTY. Dirt caked in the corners on the floor and windows. Whoever is in charge needs to get someone to clean that. read more

I have tried at least 4 times with this place. I understand when items get sold out. But today was it. Crumbl cookie is not worth the $. Employees who want to just chat instead of actually putting in an effort to make the cookies look nice. This looks like a child made these. Not worth the cost. These were for a birthday. They weren't busy. I was there only customer. The employee putting the order together felt that this was good enough to go to a customer. App photo included as reference. So disappointing read more

Very impressed by this Crumbl. I'm actually greeted here unlike the Vacaville store. I know ordering at a kiosk feels almost like self-service but it's nice to be acknowledged & greeted when you walk into a business. read more

It's become a fad to hate on companies that are popular, it's just silly. Crumbl cookies are delicious. Ordered 3 small cookies at 1:54 so I didn't have to wait for them when I got there got there at 2:10 and they hadn't even started putting my order together. The place literally just had me in there. Listen, if you're looking to watch your sugar intake or calories in general.. don't go here. This is a business that sells bigger-than-your-palm sized cookies with all kind of add-in's and toppings. That's their whole shtick. Now as far as location goes, I think it's perfectly fine. I've never received a "bad" cookie from this location and I haven't personally experienced bad service. Does it seem like the staff is a little shy? Yeah, but they all look young and like this is potentially their first job, or at least first job is food service. But the service isn't anything to complain about honestly. The only gripe I have it presentation and the only reason I have that gripe is because I've visited 3 other locations (some more than once) and the cookies I received from those locations were like picture perfect cookies. Coming from working in food service, the food looking good is a big part of what the customer is purchasing. From this location, my cookies looked a little on the sloppier side, but since it was a week after this location opened, I figure it's a kink that will work itself out as experience grows and business levels. Will I go back to this location? Absolutely. It's definitely a perk that I don't have to drive 30+ minutes to Vacaville and I can just drive about 10-15 to Fairfield. read more

I will never return!!! I ordered online when I arrived I had to wait another 20 minutes to be told they were out of my cookies!! 5 bucks a cookie for this... they keep this up they should be out of business by the end of the year!!! read more

Decided to try these cookies after hearing the hype. I pre-ordered on the app so that it would be ready when I got there. They make cookies to order, so it's fresh. Staff are friendly. Cookies were big and pretty. Some were creative and wanted to try them all. They only had six flavors to choose from. It changes every week except that chocolate chip is always on the menu. They had French toast, almost everything bagel, iced oatmeal, pink sugar and milk glaze with fruity pebbles. These cookies are expensive and very sweet. I've cut these cookies into quarters and you can see that some of them were still raw in the middle because it's a different color. Cookies are thicker than normal ones so these needed a little more time in the oven. My favorite from all 6 was the everything bagel cookie. I love that it's different. Icing is a lot so a little goes a long way. Glad I tried them. Not going to return for myself. I would still recommend it as it would be great as a gift or to bring to a party to share with others. I like the idea, but it's not for me. read more
