We were looking to get refunded for 1 night stay for 1 room due to this incident and were not accommodated. Everything went well otherwise but the fact that we had to go back and forth so much as well as being made to feel like we did something wrong was not appreciated. I would just use online discount travel or book directly through the hotel I'm staying at rather than work with a travel agent like this.

We met with Biksee Du (Bich Tho) @ Signature Travel and Tours. We shared our specific travel plans including destinations that we wanted to visit, and our other travel needs. She reassured us that she could create a very good itinerary, and that if her staff listed hotels that we didn't approve of, we could trade them for the accommodations we preferred. Biksee stated that she would get back to us, but several days passed without any word. We attempted to text and to call her personal cell but did not get a response. Finally we were able to speak with her. Then we received an itinerary by email. Several of our destinations were missing! We called Biksee and texted her, requesting that she get back to us but she never returned our call or text. WE DO NOT recommend using Signature Travel and Tours.

We thought this would take a week but it took 3 days - those goats take their work seriously. The good: -Billie and the goats and dogs (and emu) are all delightful. Billie was extremely accommodating and hard working. The goats and dogs are absolute sweethearts and all come running when they see you for pets. -Poison oak is now extinct on my property. -The ground is fertilized and there is nothing to clean up other than sticks. The bad: -Noise. The "baaa"-ing was one thing, but the guard dogs were pretty brutal through the night. We had some coyotes hanging around so there was lots of barking. So that's it, thanks for following. I'm really happy to finally be able to present this and I'm actively brainstorming on how we can get a goat co-op going in our neighborhood.
