To start, the reservation through RVPlusYou and one to one communication with Russ was smooth, covering all details and instructions which was helpful. He even gave us a detailed list of tips for all his favorite activities in the area. After driving up from San Diego, the RV was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, completely hooked up and ready, including camp chairs and a propane stove set up for us to just move in and start our vacation. The RV is well maintained, comfortable and fully equipped with all necessary linens and cooking supplies. We had zero difficulties with the functions of the RV, and were able to come and go to various local activities, and return to a cozy RV for our nightly campfires and good nights sleep. Although we never met Russ in person, he was very communicative by email and text throughout the process, and even made sure we were settled in no problem once we arrived. I would recommend Russ and RVPlusYou for anyone who wants a carefree in and out RV experience where the most difficult thing you have to do is toast a marshmallow without burning it. As a side-note, this RV park was really nice for us because we wanted to experience nearby wine tasting, restaurants, hiking, etc, so even though it felt like camping, we were still just a short drive from the attractions.

He answered the called himself and showed first thing the next morning. Ryan spent time trouble shooting and diagnosing the issues. Unfortunately my slide was stuck due to a "H"column that had twisted and prevented the slide from moving. We opted to leave it close so I can drive it to a shop. They were patient, helpful, and didn't even make fun of any of my very dumb questions! They kept me updated throughout our trailer's stay, which I really appreciated. When we were finally able to pick it up, they took the time to walk us through a few simple items and made sure we understood everything. After we got the trailer home, we did have one issue with the barn door coming off its track. I contacted them, and they immediately offered several options -- either bring it back at our convenience so they could fix it or receive a refund for that portion of the work. We really appreciate a company that stands behind its work and makes things right when there's an issue.
