Sat and waited for 5 hours, and then another 45 minutes on the phone for them to tell me that the appointment was actually scheduled between noon and 2. I never received any confirmation of that time. They claimed that the actual time was set by the contractor but I was not once contacted by the contractor directly. So, they made it out to see like it was my fault. I would have canceled the appointment and returned the opener if only I wouldn't have to go through this ridiculous process all over again and I've already wasted 6 hours of my life.

I told them that I wanted to use my Groupon so I finally was able to set up the date for the service. Which was an ordeal on it's own. The day of the appointment, the technician was late. I called the company and they said they would call the technician and call me back. They called me back to let me know he was running behind schedule. After waiting, 3.5 hours for the technician to arrive, he finally arrives and says that his boss (Nik & Chris) failed to inform him of the appointment. He had to drive from his home in Esquimalt after he had just arrived home from his previous appointment just up the road. This company has clearly BAD communication and is trying to steer people clear from using the Groupon. The technician, Steve R, did an amazing job though. At least he was a well communicative and professional man. The other unfortunate part was that his van leaked oil on the nice driveway, so now I am left cleaning up after his vehicle. Such a disappointment, shouldn't have had to deal with such an unprofessional company. =(
