Zipper went up with ease, got it to the top and it came completely apart. We had to sew my daughter into dress. It was an awful situation. We only had a short amount of time and had to worry through whole night that dress will hold up. Took video to show that it was broke, left voicemail with shop. Owner called Monday. Told me she recieved my voicemail and that that is not possible with that gown. Offered to pay for a new zipper (just the zipper, not the installation). Owner is new this year, we have always bought deesses there in the past. We will never shop their again.

Then she goes on to talk to my maid of honor about "no brides really wait to move in with their finances anymore" and she went to tell the other girl at the counter about our conversation in front of me while I was paying.
