When it was time for my appointment, the specialist came to get me and I started to walk back there with my husband and she quickly asked, "Ummm.. Is the appointment just for one of you?" She told me it was only me allowed back there and my other option was to leave. I did not feel comfortable going back there without someone with me. I had to cancel my appointment after days of waiting and a 30 minute lobby wait. In my 30 minute wait, I also watched the specialists awkwardly trying to force products onto people. They'd give them a long speech and then say they'd put the product at the desk without the customer even agreeing. Within a week I had 2 broken nails and 2 chipped nails. I've gone other places and my nails usually last 3-4 weeks before have to go back to the nail salon for a refill. I went back to see if they would correct the issue prior to my review and they said the reason why my nails were breaking and chipping was because I got a refill and not a new set! I always get refills and never have this much breakage within 6 days... During my pedicure they didn't offer to put my back massage on. And they don't offer drinks like most other nail salons in the area. Overall poor quality, poor service and expensive. I will not be back.
