Leaving the Westin Downtown, the valet asked if I'd like a Town Car for the same price as a cab. Absolutely! I jumped in the back of Jamil's clean and polished Lincoln Town Car was an improved experience from the small, dirty cab I arrived to town in. Jamil was a perfect conversationalist and host as I exited Denver. Next trip to Denver, I definitely call for him for transportation.

I shut the water off to the line, and a few weeks later had a plumber out to assess the damages/repairs necessary. They determined it would be $800 to replace the hydrant. When I called the owner he admitted causing the damage, but then said he lost money on the ride due to the significant damage to his car, and then denied causing the damage to my property. He then said he wouldn't pay for the damages, but that he'd come out personally to dig the hole and "repair" it because he didn't have the money to do the repair. I asked for his insurance info and he said, "I not give you nothing!" BE WARNED! I have pictures, witnesses, etc. Don't consider this company.

" I hired your service for a party bus on 2/12/22 - 2/13/22 to take a group 14 up to Blackhawk for a 60th birthday party. I filed a complaint with Jamel on Monday the 14th on the professionalism we received from our driver, eating and messing with his phone while hitting the curb at each turn and then missing the turn off to Blackhawk twice running us late for our dinner reservations along with the condition of the bus, he apologized and said he would get with his manager and owner and get back with me, I received no call and have a feeling I never was going to receive one just on his attitude he gave me when I called to check in, he started raising his voice when he made it clear that I was just trying to get my money back and that I should have taken care of this matter right on the spot, mind you I'm hosting a 60th birthday party with 14 friends and family at a casino, the experience of the bus issue was put on the back burner for a day so we can try to enjoy what fun there is left. I would really like it you would reach out to me so you can understand how disappointing this experience was, the torn rooftop, hanging rope lighting, hole in the ceiling leaking water that was splashing on everyone, we had to squeeze in a corner of the bus so we wouldn't get wet and yet most of us did. Here are some pics and video, please call me asap xxx-xxx-7246 or return email to let me know that you received this information, I have a strong feeling that he didn't even give me the correct contact information.
