I called to have 3 vinyl signs made- mind you, this was after I had tried twice to go there and once to leave a message with no success. When I called this time, I was met with an aggressive expectation that I would know his side of the business and do all the work. I was able to tell him the sizes I needed for my signs, but he kept trying to put the onus on me to do extra work to create these signs. When I told him I needed more help understanding so we could make decisions, he got more aggressive and told me that he didn't need to make the sign for me. Clearly, he didn't. The good news is I was able to call a sign company in Lacey, they gave me an exact quote and it was about $200 less than he eventually stated. I wanted to support a small, local business- shame!
