I had a great experience with Ann Marie at Crown Gold Exchange today. Ann Marie was so kind and very professional. She walked me through their gold exchange process. The amount I received for my gold items was very fair. Ann Marie provided exceptional customer service through personalized communication like " thank you for stopping by," all while assisting several customers. I felt valued as a customer. Thank you Ann Marie, you are the best. If you are selling gold, Crown Gold Exchange is the place to go. read more

I have been to Crown three times. The first time I went I had never sold gold before. I had a pleasant experience and the staff was friendly. I didn't prepare myself properly as I didn't check the spot price of gold on that day as well as not weighing my gold before going there. Took my check and cashed it. The next time I went I walked in and sat down . The woman was helping another suckered, I mean customer. She never acknowledged me at all. I sat foe 30 minutes and walked out. The 3rd time I went I was prepared. I checked the price and weight of my gold. They first offered me $1556. I said no . They then said $1662. I said goodbye. They said wait let me call my boss. Then the boss said $1900. Wow. What a difference. I said no. I mailed my gold to CASH FOR GOLD MAILER and received $2256 direct deposit within 3 days. I learned my lesson read more

Thank you Sarai, you were very informative and explained in detail. Very professional read more

Very dishonest place and people work there, they put a young man over there with different tools in front of you to test my gold, but they tried to give me very low offer to buy my gold, don't go there for sure because they obviously want to scam you with minimum offer so for some people in need of money, they will compromise and end up losing money read more

Josiah was very personable and helpful. Great person to work with, would recommend anyone if they ever need to sell their gold.

Josiah help me out quick a and easy process I was in and out in 15 mins awesome place high recommend,

Gave the least amount of money on gold appraisals of jewelry out of 5 places. They were as bout 30% less than the other appraisals.

Went in today to sell and was told some of my items weren't real. All of that was okay until the lady who helped me told me some of them were only silver. Still okay with the outcome I decided to still sell the once piece that was solid gold. She informed me she needed to contact her boss for approval. Not exactly sure what was said but after she told them the price she responded "adorable". Have been here a few times but was turned off by the service. Don't care how small the return is, it still determines business that is returned. read more

Great store, Josiah helped to get the best price on the item I bought in. Recommended

Told me what my diamond was worth then told me they could only give me 1/4 of what it was worth. Don't waste your time selling to them!

I stumbled upon this business a few months ago, and essentially they have become my go to gold buyer. I can come in feeling confident that I am selling gold to a reputable business and that I can really trust their process. Josiah, who is at this location the most, is so helpful and efficient. He really does a thorough job with the pieces I bring in. He's patient, articulate and definitely knows the business to where I don't feel I have to question has final numbers. I will continue to do business with this location. read more
