The location itself and the hours are very convenient. I am not sure what they could do about the location besides moving to a whole nother site, but as long as they can stay pretty much in the same area, they would be fine. This place is very close to Nagwon Garden. Maybe they could pay Nagwon Garden or the tenant owner $30 a day on Fridays and weekends to allow customers to park there and walk the half block on the same side of the street to reach Taco Bell. This Taco Bell would also need signs that one could park there too. Maybe I am crazy but I'm not born with it and it's definitely not Maybelline.

Everything else about this location makes me cringe. I just wanted a little snack for my drive home. It was after midnight, so perhaps the team was tired. I put my order in for ice-tea, half sweet and half unsweetened, fries no salt, chicken sandwiches and fruit punch. First time ever in my life the soda machine was down. Usually it is the milkshake machine that is down at McDonalds but not here...Hhmmmm. It makes you think I should have waited and went somewhere else. As I was getting my order the atmosphere seemed weird. The lady was gazing and moving in slow mode, she asked if I wanted my order as she leans over on her firearms and hands me the bag. I asked her for the drinks that I ordered. The lid was somewhat off one of the cups, 3/4 full. I asked if she could fill my drinks up. The guy standing behind her said just put ice in it. That is crazy. I was buying ice tea not ice. I had spent 10 minutes here and that was too long for supposed fast food. I tasted the tea and OMG! It tasted fermented and simply rotten. In my head I'm like I just paid $2 for a cold drink of purée garbage. I drove back around to return the tea and get money. He manager on duty mad me move to the next window and wait for my money. He did ask what was wrong. At this point I just wanted to leave.

Sometimes the people are nice and sometimes they just look irritated and rushing you. Same people by the way and it's mostly the women. All the men have been professional. One day they loaded my bowl with 4 scoops of rice and it was just way too much and then two days ago when I went I got one scoop as normal lol. It's just super inconsistent so when I try to tell them exactly how I like it they just stare at you like you're speaking a foreign language. I have to pay attention to my receipt every time because I've been charged for things I never received a lot gets lost in translation when telling the cashier what's on two bowls. I had to go in twice show my food and my receipt to receive my money back for random up charges lol. It's sad and I think we will be taking a break for a while. I'm not sure if one or the gentlemen is a manager but they were all chill and fixing whatever issue the ladies done caused lol. Anyways. We both like chipotle but sometimes you just don't want to deal with the anxiety of having to tell someone they mess up too many times. I don't want to keep walking in and they see us like "oh here they go again" rolling eyes because most people just accept anything but I'm very particular and if I'm going to get attitude and rude service or lazy service I rather just get a salad that cost $10 more somewhere else. Oh it's dirty in there a lot by the fountain drinks I don't think they have regular clean maintenance. One time they didn't even notice one of the lemonade machines were broken and just kept pouring all on the floor. Pictures are just because lol I think I enjoyed the bowls I posted but there's def some bs bowls somewhere in this camera roll.
