When I picked up the car I noticed absolutely no hand prints anywhere in the dirty motor well and wondered if they really checked anything. Sure enough six months later my battery was completely dead (would not take a charge) and had to be replaced....even though on the Certificate it checked the battery as: CHECKED AND O.K.. Last week I took the car to a different garage to get a BRAKE JOB (based on what I assumed was needed because of Murray's pad measurements of last summer). They checked the pads and they all measured at 8mm. STRANGE because on Murray's MPVI certificate of June 2025 they were all measured at 6mm. I actually saw the pads and measurements this time. My brake pads either GREW by 2mm or somebody did a sloppy job or just LIED to me on the certificate. I asked for the MPVI to confirm my vehicle was in good shape, obviously that was a waste of $ 100.00. I have lost confidence with Murray's and will never do business with them again.

Be VERY careful when consigning your car with Nott…read more I consigned my Mercedes G Wagon with Nott for four months. It failed to sell and I went to pickup the vehicle. After doing so, I noticed significant damage to the vehicle's vinyl wrap, including tears, bubbling, and scratches. Upon bringing it up to Nott, they stated that the damage was pre-existing and due to a poor wrap installation, despite the damage including actual tears and rips. They ended up offering me $400 to cover the damage, despite my actual costs to fix the damage being nearly $3,000. During these discussions, Jamie McDougall at Nott called and harassed my wrap company, personally called me names, and even chased me out of their showroom saying that "I should be ashamed of myself". Appalling conduct coming from an employee at what is considered to be a "luxury" car dealer. I took Nott to small claims court here in Winnipeg and won a judgement to cover my costs in full. A court officer took two minutes to grant my claim after reviewing the evidence, when Nott time and time again said I was out of line and had no proof of any wrongdoing. Upon bringing this information to light via Instagram, someone managing Nott's Instagram account messaged me personally and made further attacks stating that my car didn't sell because it was "gaudy" and had "awful style selection". Quite the contradiction from all the praise I received when I brought the car in originally, and a great cherry on top to this whole dumpster fire of an experience.

Their wait times are usually appropriate and they always communicate with you if it's going to be longer which is exactly what bothers people when they have to wait. The manager walked around the waiting room making sure everyone was doing okay probably every half an hour or so which was really cool to see. They always wash my car for me and have free wifi so I can keep working off my laptop while waiting for my car to be done. The only thing I would love is if there was some place to plug it in as my laptop sometimes doesn't want to last for the whole duration. This is just another reason why I love my Honda so much!

We get the attention of a sales associate, and right away the guy seemed a good guy. We initially told him we were not looking for a car but the story behind the dealership and their crown brand. The salesman answered all our questions, and led us to a guy to get us some more information. Not once did he seem inconvenienced or rushed to get these non car buyers out the door. The character of a man is showed how he treats the 'lesser' man, if/when we get another car while in Manitoba. You can bet that I'm going there!

I needed a replacement key, and they told me it was a drop off service visit that would take two hours. When it was finally done they charged 3 hours for labor plus shop supplies. Then they only made the key work for opening the doors! Finally, they charged a "shop fee" even though the car was never in the shop. THE WORST VEHICLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I bought a 2018 GMC Sierra at the end of September, 2023…read more It all started with the salesman making statements that were never followed through on, telling me he'd get the dents and other small issues fixed on it next time I came back to the dealership for service, but telling me not to say anything to anyone about this so that he doesn't get in trouble. He also said he'd get $1,500 off the listed price for me if I put a deposit on it that week, and that never happened either. He bounced out of that dealership and moved to Calgary shortly after I bought the vehicle, so no skin off his back. A month after purchasing, the transmission failed, and fortunately, this was covered under their warranty, because it would have cost over $6,000 to fix. I brought my vehicle back in December to get the struts on the box cap door replaced, as agreed upon during purchase (they were waiting for the parts to come in). When they returned the vehicle to me, the door no longer latched closed, it popped open before I got out of the parking lot. They had the vehicle for an extra day to fix this. I drove the vehicle for 3 days after it was in the shop for this, and suddenly the dash was lighting up again. I got it towed to the dealership and they wanted "only" $10,279 for a used engine or over $16,000 plus tax for a new one. Of course, it was just out of warranty, so this was not covered. They failed to ever provide me with the 150+ point inspection that the dealership boasts and that I was quoted $799 for upon purchase. They told me they offered me a post-transmission warranty when they did that work and that I denied it, but that absolutely did not happen because I was stood up in the parking lot by Mike Del Grosso that morning when I came to the dealership to return the loaner vehicle and get my truck back (his idea to make this arrangement with me on Remembrance Day weekend while the dealership was closed). I also contacted GMC directly when the engine failed to share my GMC vehicle experience. They have been "investigating my case" for over a month and have followed up with me 13 times so far, to let me know they are still investigating. I told the dealership I couldn't afford to fix the vehicle and I was not interested in a trade. I bought the truck for over $34,000 on September 30th and the vehicle has been sitting in their shop since January 16th. I just settled a deal for them to buy the truck back from me for $27,000 last week. They initially offered me $22,000 and I fought to get what I got. Save yourself a ton of stress and money and don't buy a vehicle from here.

Later Friday he says that it won't be ready until Monday but that I would get to be the first person to see it when it's ready. We also discussed financing a couple times that day and it was confirmed that it I could be financed. Over the weekend I received an email from the manager, Claude Manaigre. During that brief email exchange it was mentioned that I would be the first to get to see the truck when it was ready. I contact Mike Monday morning and he says the truck still isn't ready but hopefully by the end of the day and that will let me know right after lunch. Lunch comes and goes, nothing from Mike. Closer to 5pm Mike texts me some pics of the truck saying that it is now ready for me. I reply back right away then he replies "sorry, sold." I say that I was told I'd get first dibs on the truck and he says someone was there at 3pm. If someone came there and wanted to see the truck they could have easily said that I already had an appointment for it. They could also have easily told me to come sooner. They definitely should not have told me I had first dibs when they weren't going to honor that. They don't care about their clients. They will lie to all clients to get a quick sale. When I said that I was told I had first dibs he replied that he has 5 other people mad at him. That simply proves that they will LIE to EVERY potential customer. Also, why tell me it's ready for me if it had been sold nearly 2 hours earlier. I had already told my boss that I needed to take time off work Monday afternoon to go get this truck, time now wasted. I tried to contact the manager but he would not take my call. I left a message and he did not call me back. Do NOT go to this dealership. They are liars and only care about a quick sale. They have no honesty or integrity. I am scared to think of the other things they will lie about to make a sale. I fear for the safety of anyone driving a vehicle purchased from them as who knows what lies they said to make those sales.

The vehicle turned out not to have some of the features which the dealer claimed that the car had. The SUV which I've purchased was a regular 2 Wheel Drive, meanwhile the dealer was convincing me that it is an all wheel drive, and that the sticker for that is just missing. A very dirty trick to play on someone who does not know much about cars, and perhaps being too trusting. Down the road the vehicle did not do anything but cause troubles, with different lights coming on a few hundred kilometers down the way. Would not recommend.

Unacceptable, rather non-existent customer service. They canceled my appointment one hour before…read morethe arranged time, after waiting for one month. The next appointment? After another month. I literally had to 'blackmail' the service with the promise of posting negative online comments to get an appointment within one week. And it was only an oil change! The next one: a mechanical problem covered by warranty. Setting up the appointment I requested a drive and was promised a pick up at 4pm, when I finish my work. When I was dropping the car for the repair I was told the pick up must be at 3pm the latest, because they want to be back at the service by 4pm. Another empty promise, a complete disregard of the customer's request, even denying that the service staff agreed to pick me up at 4 o'clock. Also, trying to oversell a not needed and not requested $99 wheel alignment with the warranty repair. I will never use them, ever again.
