We get the attention of a sales associate, and right away the guy seemed a good guy. We initially told him we were not looking for a car but the story behind the dealership and their crown brand. The salesman answered all our questions, and led us to a guy to get us some more information. Not once did he seem inconvenienced or rushed to get these non car buyers out the door. The character of a man is showed how he treats the 'lesser' man, if/when we get another car while in Manitoba. You can bet that I'm going there!

I found the coolant level was still in "Low" after 2 days later. The thickness of the brake pad is thicker than half year ago shown on the report (after reviewing the old service report). I wonder anyone really had done the work or simply Copy and Paste the report. There were two other additional follow-up jobs in the same day. The supposed 3 hours job was shortened to 1.5 - 2 hour work. I really worried about it, but the charge was the same Also I reported the parking brake issue which happened every a few days, but the service "consultant" "Advisor" mentioned that they needed to prove the parts was wrong to be able to include in the warranty coverage. However, I was disappointed to receive a report that simply reiterated the problem I had already mentioned regarding the brake sensor, which was confirmed to be functioning incorrectly. What concerns me even more is the fact that my request for a throttle body relearn, which I had clearly emphasized, was disregarded. To make matters worse, I was subsequently asked to pay an additional fee for this service. This situation contradicts my previous service encounters, where the service manager performed the throttle body relearn as part of the diagnostic procedure since the car was already connected to a computer. Consequently, I ended up paying $202.95 without any resolution or improvement to the issue at hand, and to my surprise, I was asked to pay 200 C$ extra to relearn the throttle body that I expected to be included. I tried to report it to the service manager and they never replied. Think twice before buying or servicing car from crown nissan

For example: a) They did not submit the financing paperwork in time and I was contacted by the financing company because of a late payment. I contacted Winnipeg Honda and they ignored me and did not reply. I was left to sort it out myself, despite the fact the finance company's position it was Winnipeg Honda's fault (it was obviously not mine - car dealerships don't work on the honour system to secure payment - I did everything correctly). b) As part of my purchase of a brand new vehicle, I paid for winter car mats and was promised I would be contacted when they were in stock. I was not contacted. Emailed the dealership to inquire and was ignored. No reply. Went to dealership and they were confused. They went to look in salesperson's office for them. LOL. Not surprisingly, despite treating me like garbage and ignoring me, they did take time to reach out by telling me my salesperson made a service appointment for my vehicle (salesperson did not ask me or even tell me he would do this).

That didn't upset me as much as the multiple promises my car would be ready the following day. After over a week of promises, I'm told it's ready to be picked up. I tell them I can only come the following morning. I arrived that morning before work, when I walk out, I see my tire is flat. I go in to tell them and they tell me it's possible it needs to be repaired. When I tell them I'm not paying for that as it was flat when the car was brought to them, they tell me they'll see what I can do. This obviously made me very late for work. So after being over a month without a car for minor damage, being promised a working vehicle multiple times and then when it's "ready" having to have a last minute repair, and being late for work, I think I will bring my business elsewhere in the future

No communication, no response, rude sales manager Jeff Cline (yelled at me over the phone the first time talking to him). I worked in a car industry as an F&I manager for years and I never seen a dealership (luxury brand too) running a business like this. Calling/emailing them for weeks and months with no response. We want to return the vehicle but in this industry, customers have less power. We all know that asking for a vehicle refund is impossible. If I can give a negative rating I will. This is unfortunate for consumers that have to deal with this situation. How many are there unrecorded and unspoken? We get it, buying a used vehicle, you take risks but the main point here is dealing with a car dealership and employees who are not willing to help and above all not very nice (good term to call). Review your bill of sale before signing! Walk away from a deal if you have too! Don't feel obligated to sign for a great deal, you can always find great deals for cars everywhere.

After…read morewaiting almost 2 hours it turned out the airbag cover they had didn't fit and they scratched my dash. I made another appointment once the new cover came in. After waiting almost an hour, a service person informed me that they are just starting on my vehicle and it'll be at least 2 hours. Why did I even make an appointment? And even though the airbag was already dealt with last time, why is it taking so long to buff the scratch and replace the airbag cover? The service person just shrugged and said they're working as fast as they can... Not impressed. Just informed that the current cover still doesn't fit right. Been here over 2 hours and they say it'll be another 45 minutes.
