I did not ask many questions( like will this definitely get me improvement). So I decided to do it, but it seemed like they were using me as a test subject, because they kept calling the manufacturer and changing what they called the protocol (they gave me ten free sessions , and I think that is why) Each time when I left the office. I felt a little better. It lasted a few hours then the pain came totally back. Then on my 9th free session i told Dr.James , that I really felt it did nothing for me and he said , well , it's hard with all that hardware , but I still pay them the three thousand dollars. I wish they had told me that before I decided to do this, but I don't think they were sure. Because this seemed to be something new to them, but I still paid the $3000.

The only unfortunate problem for me was they are not set up with insurance companies to accept copay each visit. A contract is signed with a set number of visits paid in advance. This did not work for me however, if they change that format I will gladly return. Still, all and all I recommend there therapeutic approach.

The facilities themself felt very clean, bright, and welcoming. I found Dr. Cesar Armoza extremely helpful. He immediately identified my posture as the source for my pain and challenges. He took the time to offer tips, suggestions and helped me understand various aspects of my treatment plan. I received a regiment of acupuncture, electrical pulses, and homeopathic injections to address my top three concerns. Immediately, I was able to find some relief and have a direction to correct the source of my pains. My masseuse, Diane, was also informative discussing areas of my inflammation and sampled a variety of techniques (cupping, hot stone, and vibration) to address my problem areas. I felt as though everyone was working as a team and everything very timely. I was never waiting and felt that they valued my time as well. I am so happy that I found FIM and I look forward to ongoing treatment sessions!

I was shocked at how I was treated after being a returning patient and seeing them for nearly a year and also being disabled with Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, trust me when I tell you to steer clear of LifeForce Chiropractic. They would not return my calls when I left voice messages or reply to my emails. When I did finally speak to Sonya in the billing department, she was rude to me and lied to me when all I wanted was help and had questions. Without getting into everything, I'll just say that American Specialty Health (ASH) and their Group Appeals and Grievances Department is now investigating LifeForce because what they were doing to me (and likely others with Medicaid) was/is illegal. ASH has been unable to speak to the provider and their staff because they knew what they were doing was wrong and they were caught. (My health insurances words, not mine.) Long story short, LifeForce reimbursed me for what they should not have been charging me. And, yes, they're being investigated because of it and because they're not doing what ASH is requesting of them and because I never signed anything for Lifeforce to charge me. LifeForce is creating Member Billing Acknowledgement Forms now, though, so whatever you do, do not sign them because it protects LifeForce, not you. If you end up paying when you shouldn't have been and you signed those MBAFs, you would not be able to get your money back. I wasn't going to review them because of the nature of what's been going on behind the scenes with my insurance and LifeForce (things I had no idea were happening until now), but I feel that others need to be warned. Trust me when I say to go somewhere else.
